Theo, come on... Don`t say that you are not emotional attached to this. Otherwise why would you follow threads and bother posting. You are sugesting that his opinions are flawed couse his emotional attachement to promises. Ok but if so let us just accept that yours are also flawed couse their are from your emotional detachments from promisses (being dissapointed with it). Yeah I know... I am relativist.
It is happening again. Rather then just show their opinions too many are trying to prove others who is "wrong" and who is "right".
You make a valid point. I am emotionally attached too, I love WH40K and I never followed a game more closely than this IIRC. This is why I have empathy. I said: I get it. If you want to make long rants about how awesome this game will be, fine. I won't talk shit at you. Problem is myself and people that I share views with have been talked down repeatedly. So I get a certain entertainment in responding in the same way. Sucks doesn't it?
Look man, you're entitled to your opinion on the game and the way the developers are handling it, but if you go around, labeling people as angertards, don't be surprised you get criticized for it. And just going around making stuff up about people doesn't really look good either. *goes to shop and buys salty cookies*
Yes... this sucks. Not willing to give you advices but I have already quited arguing wiith you with some threads respecting your opinions and saying that we won`t get some agreement. Someone is trying to talk you down... you are answering the same and he is answering. This is a spiral... Waste of time. Like I said why trying to prove that someone rights are "righter" then others.
Pls stop using such exegerrated metaphors, they are completely not suitable, comparing game production to boxing is just silly. It's only watering down what I am trying to convey, this is simple - it's about honesty between the investors (us) and providers (BHVR). And no I am not even talking about Miguel era promises (btw I stopped believing his visions when I realised they were not very realisitc quickly, you'd be surprised with white knights reactions if anybody dared to criticize Miguel ) I am mostly talking about recent failures, this was the last drop for me. So you have noticed that after all, now can you answer yourself this question - why is this important aspect of consumer-producer interaction faltering? Nimrock you word your opinions in very civil clothes but I am not a child, I can read between the lines, I saw some of your opinions on Steam where you call ppl who complain morons. So pls stop, you don't have to play this 'why can't we all get along' game. Yes we can play the game now, well no wonder - couple of years in production, millions of dollars spent. The question is what kind of game. Some ppl are satisfied with what they got, not me, for me EC is a boring, simple shooter right now, nothing more, nothing less - that's not enough. Isn't finished, really? What else do you expect: open world, player driven campaigns when it's finished? Meaning at launch? And could you pls remind me when the launch is cos I kinda forgot?
