You misunderstand, I want one vote at release to determine the starting War Council. From there no public faction vote ever only peer election to the council with possibly more positions being opened. Yes there are problems with it but I'd prefer it over a popularity contest.
I see your point and i must say i agree on it it's a better option than the popularity contest ..... But the thing I'm interested in is the War council elected for the duration of a campaign or a designated time like 3 months
Shouldn't the title of this thread be changed by now? Anyway, if anyone still doesn't argue about that, we should also take into the consideration the fact the people who want to become WCs must first propose themselves for this charge. In this way there could be further limitations implemented for all those aspiring to this role... my boss says that he needs only a "proppa shoota'nd choppa" to become the boss of his faction....

Eh its the same thing. You get what he's talking about from his voice, the slides just re-inforce what he's saying. I scanned through the preview, no new 'screens' .
