I do not see the problem with people acting like their characters. It is harmless fun, nothing more. Now about the alliance. The Warmaster always welcomes new allies. Through the milleniums, countless astartes 'allied' with us. We would welcome your crusade as well.
I second that RP is for fun no harm done I am fully open to any negotiations but i feel your battle brothers would rather put a bolter emplacement between such ideas
Yes, unfortunately many of my comrades are somewhat hateful towards the loyalists. I, however, recognize that the xenos are the greatest enemies to us both. Still, temporary cooperation might be possible, if the aliens grow too strong.

I believe that eventually, all humans will come to embrace Slaanesh and the other Three, in one way or another. While combat is an excellent diversion, I want to leave as many of the Imperium's worlds intact as possible. After all, there is nothing to sample and plunder in a wasteland. The corruption of the loyalist chapters is just another step for the true goal: the dismantlement of the imperial institution. While the black crusades of my mortal lord and master are critically important, the Imperium will be brought down by guile and subterfuge, through the damnation of its astartes, bureaucrats, priesthood and nobility. Then, we shall all gorge ourselves on the endless sensations offered by humanity's vast multitudes. But, we can't enjoy this galactic buffet, with xenos around. Humanity is the chosen race of Chaos. Orks disrupt our dark paradise with their constant waaghs, and thus they must be exterminated. The eldar manipulate fate against us and their dark kin prey upon our prey, they must all be slain, their infinity circuits corrupted, their souls offered to She Who Thirsts. Oh, how I will enjoy watching the foul xeno-lord of Commoragh squirm beneath the attentions of the Dark Prince. The other, lesser races, are likewise a threat to my eden of pleasure and pain. In due time, they will all be destroyed to make way for my utopia. If our loyal, brother-astartes can do this task, instead of us, all the better.

I'm pretty sure marines won't need to ally with anyone. Even if the Orks and Chaos do join forces, you'll still most likely outnumber them even in their combined might.
If we ally with orks or emperor forbid- Chaos (that shouldn't be allowed!) I will give my sword to fight for the other side. Lets only consider it if things get really bad. While an easier win would be nice, even allying with elder makes me a bit sick: we are the space marines! (Besides for orks, we will probably outnumber everyone anyway) I would like a challenge, and as a lore-junkie, I would rather we lose on our own feet, then be propped up by those treacherous xenos.
