You guys seem to be forgetting the Space Marines will be the most heavily populated faction. You won't need to ally, as the Astartes will be filled with everyone and their kid brother. Unfortunately, this probably means a lot of young children- but fodder's fodder.

You can't teach noobs how to better. Console games should teach you that. They however to make excellent killstreaks. But the Space Marine faction will probably be infested with them thanks to the whole ubermensch angle of Space Marines without the whole bundle of fun that comes with Chaos that would likely cause them to smash their son's console/pc.
No one starts being an expert every one including the *pros* started somewhere but do not worry atleast my boys will be highly trained and ready to put some bolter rounds in our enemies I dont doubt we will have *noobs* i hate that term but the *noob* willing to learn will become a valored member and the downfall of overconfidence. Strictly speaking, the amount of space marines currently commited to the battle may render alliances null and void. We will certainly have superior numbers here.
you do realize all F2P players are going to be orks right so they will have very large numbers so alliances may be necessary.
