Vehicles are a complete different thing. You get them for special deployments and such. Most likely even ending up on a shared-base and/or individual. So for example everyone can get a heavy tank, alright?

Then perhaps the Imperial Guard guy gets to be the Tank Commander and the rest of the crew are scarabs from Osiris, performing the orders as told. While perhaps a Ad. Mech guy gets to pilot a Knight, the Eldar may become a Wraithlord, the Nid a Carnifex, etc.

I would not mind doing a light-vehicle test in the next mission set, so you can get used to 'being' a vehicle, lol.
