~~ Salek ~~ The Sororitas upper body was crushed against a wall, her still shooting at the Necron despite her scream of pain. Though the other two Sororitas were shot from the side, just before a missile barrage from another XV-8 Crisis Suit hit the Necron right into his chest, causing heavy damage.
As Ithera went into the vault, she could see a hundred different drawers could be spotted, each indicated with a little note infront of it but only with designation numbers not describing the content.
~SALEK~ Salek staggered back into cover with his body sparking and weapon dragged along the ground. The Necron debated whether or not to repair here or fall back further, deciding a mix of both he retreated part way down the stairs nearer to his Ork and Termagaunt ally. He curled up along the railing and began Repair Protocols.
Ithera turned to examine the rest of the room, perhaps some kind of indicator as to what she was looking for.
The Ork and Termagaunt were pushed into the stairway as the Necrons from outside came. The Hormagaunt remained with Jones and the other humans which were taking cover and firing sporadic against the incoming Necron forces.
Seing the necrons, Jones turned around yelling "UP THE STAIRS WE CANT FIGHT THESE". Jones broke into a dogged sprint, keeping low really hopingbnot to get shot by the necron weapons
*jumps off Eldar and starts pulling out every drawer he sees and empties them on the floor hoping to spot something looking like the earlier artifacts they had retrieved*
*the large ork falls back and hides himself the best he can near the Necron, ready to ambush anyone who got close, his choppa would do no good against these enemies at long range, so he waited to ambush them, hoping that the others would find the artifact before they were discovered*
The metallic steps resembled those of the metal thing in their pack, so the tyranid concluded they must be similar beings. Making sure the wounded human on his back had a proper hold on his nearly smooth back, the gaunt skittered as fast as it could around and up the steps.
