So, when I prepurchased as a Founder, one of the things that really excited me was the 'Elite' character choices that were available as pre-purchase (specifically the Fallen Captain for Chaos). Are any of these still planned to be included in the game, or are Terminators a sort of replacement for them? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Short answer: yes Terminators, Wraithguard, and Meganobz are scheduled for anywhere from mid-november to early january. As for Damned Legionnaire, Outcast Ranger, Skarboy Kommando, and Possessed Marine, my personal guess is late march to early april. Chaplain, Fallen Captain, Cybork Mek, and Autarch MIGHT have been cancelled entirely, it's hard to tell from Nathan's comments on elites vs heroes
From my understanding, we have "elites" right now. They are just called veterans in the game--unless you kill someone using a veteran loadout which then gives the message "+150xp Elite Downed". I think heroes are the ones you are mentioning. I'm not sure there was a timeline given for those.
