Hey guys i just have some ideas feel free to post your opinions on how a eldar should play. As eldar man for man are weaker than the other factions so they use cunning tactics to wipe out their enemies in the game i hope instead of making it so we do the same dmg and have the same health as a space marine now that would be balanced but i dont think it would be lore accurate. so maybe making the eldar faster so they can easily flank their enemies maybe? my only concern coming from a lore fanatic is that i want a dire avenger to feel like one if that makes sense not just a re skinned space marine its a little concern and i would love to hear what u guys think of how the eldar could be different to give them a unique experience when playing them than to a space marine. p.s i apoligise for bad grammar or spelling

The grammar is alright, but the text is difficult to read if it doesn't have paragraphs ^^

The races are definitely going to be different, no worries there.

Eldar are more fragile, sure but not weaker by any means. Aspect warriors are generally depicted as evenly matched with non-plot-armored space marines.
I would imagine a tradeoff of endurance for faster movement and a smaller hitbox. Other than that we're already confirmed to have more classes but they're all specialists so like it should be.

  4. Yeah, I think with 7 basic classes instead of 4 for all other Races, we don't need to worry that this game will make Eldar just diffrent looking SM.

are the classes dire avenger, wraith guard, farseer and dark reaper ? if so whats our fast attack option like for everyone else they have a jet pack unit

    Wouldn't that be Swooping Hawk?

yea from what i have seen in the wiki we will get them but i thought there was gunna be 4 classes for each race but there are supposed to be 7 for eldar i suppose it makes up for the lack of customization that we will get compared to other factions

From what came to understand wraith guard were not a 'class' but more of like an NPC 'pet' for the warlock. Also i believe Howling Banshees and Striking scorpions will be making an appearance. Banshees being the dedicated assault class, while the Scorpions (still being Melee oriented) will be a more of a stealth/assassin style melee specialist

    "Basic" classes at launch.

  10. Marrax, its confirmed that Wraithguard is a playable elite class. It takes RP to play. And it can get buffs from warlocks to get its full potential, so its not very useful alone apparently.

Sort of like the MAX in PS2. Only reliant on warlock support.
