This just shows that you lack imagination, failing to mentally bring to life the real-time events occurring between the unmoving and turn-based models. That said, while I can understand being a bit squeamish in regards to certain things you are right in that WH40K isn't the universe you want to be in if frequent horrific deaths are not your thing.
