"They're changing Zu'ark. I've spotted a flash of red amongst them...popular color with orks but they don't wear shadows. Can you make out any of the coloring on the Fire Warriors armor? May be Pathfinders left stranded on the planet. Wouldn't underestimate the Imperials either they can pull surprises. Do you see anything amongst the Shuriken weaponry that may mark it out as being Dark Kin or is it in the Biel-tani colors? " Teras voice was monotone and flat, speaking quickly and clearly.
Seeing no form of shelter and hearing the leader's message, Saruhai commed the reaper: "No shelter here, if a duststorm or something were to come then we would have to flee into the city, besides, Zu'ark said we should move on." After saying this he started walking to the next point on the map where an imperial outpost could be found, bringing En'rad along with him.
"Tau are not that quick, besides the corpses were months, perhaps years old." Zu'ark said, his eyes standing on his team ahead. "Use your senses. Do not look at it, keep your eyes straight. Use your ears, nose and even taste if that helps.... Do not try to look at it. Once it comes we attack it. I believe it is alone and if it is so, then it can only hit one of us. This means we rely on each other, got that?" The Shadow Spectre told him. "There had been no Eldar weaponry, only what they caused... What rather disturbs me.... Why have the corpses not been cleaned up by the Imperials yet? At least the Tau corpses...." Zu'ark was thinking but shook the thoughts off - for the moment. The enemy was at hand and he was relaxed, giving the impression of not knowing to be potential prey. Yet as he advised the Wraithgate holder, he kept his senses sharp.
Elysavar followed Groliath as he was told to do. Though the Warlock had accused him of slowing the rest down he did not feel slow. Too slow at least. He just needed to improvise a bit in some places where his armor's mobility restrictions actually became a problem. And yet he felt natural inside that heavily reinforced piece of armor. He was meant to be in the midst of the enemy, feeling the heat of fire and the crushing weight of war on his skin. He was not meant for climbing a mountain. The Fire Pike he had taken from the armory stirred a bit, while the Fusion Gun hanged from his waist silently. He was already aching for a fight.
OOC Reaper still haven't updated his vox to comm, he likes his old version better "Affirmative," Razauil responded. "I will follow you once I'm done with this eavesdropping," he said and continued moving into a position where he can listen more closely to Human conversation.
Vox is only a radio frequency ^^ I doubt Eldar ever used that Not even in their.... 'primitive' times xD (I wonder if the Tau do though.... Or if they have some weird sub-space communication crap lol)
Leading the way for the squad, Ashura takes his time. Moving forward with utmost care, he knows true stealth comes from patience not speed. Paying the shadowy figures little mind as they move, either they will attack or they won't and all else is irrelevant.
Teras scowled behind his massive plumed helm but voiced no complaint and accepted his leaders orders, dissent never helped a mission at hand and he trusted himself to be able to get the first shot off, training his focus into listening for possible ambush. With the Wraithgate in his possession he wouldn't allow himself to be an easy target.
(alright..rather confused about stuff. how close we are to out destination/what our destinations layout is if we are there?I intend to scout ahead and be at the base before anyone else)
Bryladissian made sure to stay a good large distance ahead of the others, completley invisible, barely leaving a footprint in the dead, grey earth. He traveled swiftly, his many years spend alone making it easy to maintain a moderate running pace.
