Airthas' attack was successful as the creature statue was reduced to nothing more than a pile of rubble once again. It tried to pull itself together before their eyes as the pebbles lifted into the air, but simply fell back down, never to rise again. Airthas fell back down to his feet, beginning to feel weak from his exertion of such energy. ----- Angles and Daechir could hear the sounds of battle just ahead, a loud crackling sound tore through the halls. The Strikeforce could not be far now. OOC: Going to push you two along a bit.
Su'iris supported Airthas. "You need some rest, try to not use your powers...." She told him, the mental stress on him being obvious, even for non-healers.

And though she was about to go forward and congratulate the Warlock on his mental strength, she caught sight of two moving shapes before she could do so. Slender - fast - lithe - they moved like Eldar. And since she did not know what to expect in this place, even down to illusions, she did not let her guard down entirely. But she hailed them, at once a way of greeting the newcomers and alerting her team.
