zerelith put her weapon onto her back and went to help the wounded. "Are you alright avenger?" she asked
Teras straightened himself out and did his best to hide the wheeze in his breath. "Just a bit winded sisters, thank you for the concern. Lets go see about that lever now shall we? " Extending a hand he snatched up the Black Guardian's for a quick squeeze before starting to wander forward.
Su'iris walked next to Teras, covering him and giving the Statue a somewhat paranoid look as if expecting it to resemble itself and strike at any moment.
"Is there anything in the rubble of the statue that once was possibly a key or something that could have powerd the statue?" Zerelith asked she had her weapon side at the ready as she approached the rubble
Anaen sighed with relief at the destruction of the statue, glad that no eldar life blood had been spilled by it. It made him wonder what other creations such as this they would face on their quest. He turned to look at the seer he had saved and nodded at him, before turning to go back and retrieve his staff and helmet.
Airthas let a sigh of relief escape his lips as he stretched his still living arm. Using the warp had the odd side effect of leaving the limps a bit numb and cursed with a mild tingling sensation, and he found that moving it about helped keep the blood flowing. "Excellent work, everyone. And a much appreciated save, Anaen. For that, you have my eternal gratitude. But now is not the time for ceremony. I believe that we should continue to push forward. No need to stay were we are obviously not welcome." His voice, while upbeat and cheerful, was tainted with caution and concern. The statue's attack was unexpected, and he did not wish to have the team be assaulted by more of those things if they could avoid it.
"But what powered the statue?" zerelith said as she approached the rubble she began looking through it for something of possible interest
There was nothing found amongst the rubble. If there had been something, it was destroyed to the point it wouldn't be recognizable. Nothing but a pile of rocks and pebbles left.
Jyraielle nodded in agreement with the Seer's words. "Let's keep moving! After all, if this was a test of teamwork then we proved it well." "And if it was simply a lethal trap, then by the grace of Khaine we defeated it. In either case, we can celebrate at the end." Looking to Su'iris she could see that although possibly bruised, the Guardian was thankfully all right to walk. She darted a concerned glance to Teras, who seemed more badly hurt. "Are you well enough to continue straight away, brother?"
"I have checked Teras with my abilities as Healer, there should be nothing too serious, it will heal through his determination." Su'iris answered for his dear to Jyraielle and then walked with him towards the exit and the rest of the group. "Move on we shall, let's just see if the doors operate."
