OOC: Afraid I'll have to say no the Harlequins, they kinda do their own thing so kinda hard to recruit one. In some cases they're even considered their own faction.

((i know. but they do their own thing, and are allowed in craftworld/maiden worlds/commoragh. so i would simply show up. granted, you would know i was coming..what with being able to see the future...also, you would sense my presence/mind..))
