Elysavar was amazed how everyone everyone just went and presented themselves to the newcomer... I do not remember receiving such a treatment, he thought and whistled a bit, strange to be honest. But if everyone's doing so.. "I am Elysavar of the Fire Dragons and I hail from Biel-tan." He introduced himself with all the politeness his Exarchs had taught him. He returned to leaning to the wall and continued watching the group with a sharp eye.
Zu'ark nodded in acknowledgment and turned also once more to the map, though his eyes often turned to Uiriel. It would be hard to change what had manifested in him over the last two Aspect Shrines and now his third he was in. But he would try the hardest he could - And that was certain for the loneliest Eldar soul, the last survivor of Malan'tai, he simply had to try.
Aida - being an expert at reading body language because of both her standing in society and her studies at the Path of Performing - sensed a slight resentment or social detachment from the Dragon. The way his voice had sounded and the way he now laid on the wall gave off the signs. She gave him as well a smile for his politeness and again turned to the briefing.
Elysavar noted the Banshee smiling at him and gave a nod of acknowledgement. Well, if I have nothing to spend my time on, the Fire Dragon thought and improved his posture a bit, might as well rest a bit. He closed his weary eyes and calmed his breathing - withing seconds he was in a state of meditative rest.
OOC: You guys act as hours past by, though Shadys inactivity doesn't mean that time in-game moves on as slow ; here so far only a few minutes passed by
Kai continued studying the holographic image thoughtfully, social senses slipping away against the scale of what is about to faced. "Perhaps, if the world may change about us, we may want to leave a trail of crumbs to guide us back, I suspect the retreat will be harder than the advance. I'll requisition some transmitters to leave behind us, maybe get some video of whatever tries to ambush us on the way back. Nothing to be done for going forward, and I'm sure a few daemons or genestealers will be no match for us." A delicate finger taps thoughtfully against the wicked hilt of the ever-present knives. "Though perhaps explosives may be of use anyway, planted to help cover our retreat... is anyone here good with those?" (OOC)@Aida - rocking the no-wifi mad transmission skills
"We do not need to take the same way back, we just need to reach A hangar." Zu'ark threw in though turned towards Teras. "You are good with planting bombs are you not?" The Shadow Spectre inquired pretty much relaxed.
"Grenades I am fairly skilled with, not quite the heavy ordinance we would need for breaking through collapsed structure but I think that is more than within the realm of experience for our Fire Dragons. I've got a pair of Haywires and Plasma grenades each. " His fingers quickly drummed along each of the grenades to double check he had the proper amount, pleased to find the answer true he nodded back at Zu'ark. "What plan do you have in mind so far Zu'ark? Splitting up again or shall we be spearheading through as one? "
Elysavar opened his eyes and looked directly at Zu'ark, "I have some experience with explosives too. just say where and I'll make the place burn to nothingness." He nodded as if to reinforce his own statement. OOC: Will be going to bed soon Might not be able to post in a couple of days, but I'll inform you if things change
"True enough, though our entry point will be the one path we know for sure, the others... if we have to fall back on them so be it. But it will be risky if any of the routes have collapsed or otherwise have dug-in enemies..." Kai turns back optimistically, eyebrow raised. "Who was good with explosives?"
