Damn I'm late to the party... but fear not! because I'm still salty about it!! And we are now on April and we haven't seen a fully playable class yet, don't worry guys, we just need 7 classes and two vehicles before we can play eldar, 6 to 8 more months and we are good to go.
I am not that salty, to be honest, i don't expect much for xenos in the twitchs, but i can't help and wonder "what is happening?". Is Games workshop just forbidding the team showing anything that is too much "WIP" ? We have not seen real WIP content for so long anyway. How could they miss their timeline for the xenos stream by around 8months ? That is a huge delay. And even then, how comes nothing we have seen for dire avengers has changed since december ? i do hope some more progress has been done than we're being shown.
Male Banshees will have boob plate to make up for their lack of assets. Male Banshees have a hard time.
The only thing I will say is, 1.) Eldar are further along than Orks, and Orks complain less. 2.) I find this thread embarrassing for our faction. 3.) It's not like there's much love for our factions as is. And it's better if the salt is confined within this one thread, than having it all over the forums.
1) The Orks release their salt by croping up like mushrooms in every thread they can and being Orky. We focus it into one, pretty vanilla thread. Call it asymmetrical balance! Also the time of Ork saltiness will truly dawn when the Eldar are in.... 2) See - 3) I think it's a pretty fair representation. This is our faction, expressing itself, in a very Eldar way. Like I said a discreet thread where people can have a vent about things that they find frustrating. I think we all understand the development process doesn't mean we can't get annoyed about it from time to time. Let them vent so when it comes to war their minds are clear.
To be fair; they did say that they could (and might) incorporate Eldar into an existing faction for the Founder's Server, that way we could still test them without having a full rooster. I think they called it the "Ally System", though only temporary and NOT in any way related to faction alliances.
