I read that only when Eldar were using very much of the psychic powers, they had white eyes. you cant tell they always had those. We are living beings too Just dont get into the whole C.S.Goto thing. He ruined lore about Eldar, so I dont count that.
Eldar have never been described as having milky eyes in any Codex I know of. That's something put into the computer games presumably to show them using psychic powers. In games they mostly had normal eyes, little more shiny, and else. Nothing like WHITE EYES PERMA. Only Farseers and Warlocks with strong psychic powers. Thats why
but really It's been a LONG time since I've read any Eldar lore, for some reason I remember them having pale eyes ~_~ Ehhh..back in myyy daay....
