I picked 5 because I believe the more customization the better. But if you can only pick one I'd say 3. I've seen a lot of people saying "No, Eldars are not fantasy elves! They are weird strange aliens, with oddly shaped features." But GW have not really tried to hide that they generally emulate Tolkien elves on some appearance level and culture, but are more aggressive (think Hellboy elves) because they are trying to survive. I'd say I wouldn't be too happy if they ended up looking like something from a horror movie. Like the front cover of this book.
I agree with you However, if it puts your mind at rest, that's a picture of Dark Eldar who's very old and thus looks ... well, like a monster. He's let himself go somewhat ... (haven't you Yllithian?).
I've always read that Eldar had big milky white slanted eyes, not sure when they started the whole "pretty Caucasian" thing. personally iz dig da milky eyez meself... I'm assuming in EC they will follow this new trend as well, despite the fact that would be lame.
