Yeah, apparently that's the new trend look. I'm not a fan of it. Thankfully Game Workshop has never made us fellow Eldar to appear like that, at least model wise. I'm starting to wonder if picking three was such a good choice, if they end up like that.

Pretty soon Eldar will end up looking like this, because its original! Then I will feel stupid for making Rokdak's main character trait perversion towards Eldar. Like really these days ugly = original
I agree. GW Eldar models have never exhibited the weird overt otherworldlyness that some folks insist they have...barring the Haemoculi. Heck...I've spoken to folks who insist that Eldar have pointy heads despite none of their models having them!
It's a common mistake just because the Eldar have lots of pointy hats - but that's actually because hair-buns are cool right now back on the craftworlds, and just because you are in the thick of war is no excuse for being behind on Eldar fashion: so we are wearing our hair-bun helmets lately.
There are currently three styles of fashionable braids back on Altansar, I suppose you wouldn't be ridiculed for choosing one of those. We'll get our finest singers working on making you a braid-accentuating Warmask right away
