I think that a lot of Eldar players don't really post on the subforum. Despite my name and the fact that it's my first post on the subforum, I'll probably end up playing Eldar. As for guilds, until the Eldar are actually in the game, making guilds is kinda pointless. At the same time, nothing really stops Eldar guilds from playing as one of the two existing factions for the time being.
Come Join @DJPenguin 's stream every weekday, he'll teach you how it's done. Otherwise, don't worry. Many of us have a view of becoming a close knit faction, It's in our best interest to help you practice and get better too. As long as you're willing, we're honored to have you.
Also bear in mind that the game is terribly optimized, so for the time being it will be harder to play. After they optimize it, however, people who done decently with low FPS should do great.
Have to agree to most of what being said here. Silent Eldar, people waiting and seeing, people waiting for optimisation or actual release, floating players, players that will switch if they prefer the gamestyle, Local servers splitting the community (which will be a great shame I feel)... ...And dooshbag clans coming in... ...And counting chickens... Like so much with this game it's a waiting game. There's much love for the Eldar though, if the game ends up being decent they'll be here. Build it and they will come.
As much as i want to be the underdog with the low pop it all won't matter much when Team Xenos is a go.
I think when the filthy human savages realize their "angels of death" are lumbering behemoths and we are the swift, graceful warriors of destruction, they will pick the better of the two.
Have tried playing and not enjoyed it. Will start again soon now that key binding is just around the corner(I'm a lefty so always rebind keys) that be when I start practising and then when my beloved Eldar are in will play exclusively.
