Calling my Chaos dude Spikey Git Also Orky suggestion from an Ork: making your Orks name something simple and violent Iroh is a much too 'ummie name for an Ork Kaptin Karnage is a good start, the second bit you would consider to be a last name for anyone else would be more of a title describing something they've done that's pretty damn Orky, or something they enjoy doing often. Because Orks don't have last names, because families don't exist in Ork kulture. Ex: Warboss Gorgutz 'Ead 'Unter. 'Ead 'Unter is a title he took for himself after becoming infamous for collecting heads as trophies to put on the point'ee stikks. Also consider that multiple titles can be taken at a time. Potentially making Ork names incredibly and comically long and drawn out.
