No offense but...that video test was just...off.. 1.) Used different weapons 2.) Firing from slightly different angles instead of straight on which changes the hitbox size 3.) Didn't fire at the same locations, or even near them to test where the hitbox ends for each unit. (Shoulder to shoulder, hip to hip, etc) I'm not calling you a liar, just saying you need to refine that test before I would accept it.
Imo best test: Take an ork with a shoota, determine the spread size of just holding down LMB, get both targets to same range, get both targets to similar toughness and EHP stas, get a grouping of kills, then determine the average TTK across both groups, then compare the two TTK numbers. Probably have to go to UAT with someone else to cordinate this.
This suggests you don't know how hitboxes work (I may be wrong on that). The size of the model has no direct bearing on the size of the hitboxes unless the hitboxes are programmed that way.
