There is no vehicle crew class. Normal characters just gain control over movement/turrets/sponsons/pintles as they hop in. It's up to individual players whether the crew vanishing when the vehicle is empty is more or less personally immersion-breaking than their Aspect Warriors crewing a vehicle. Necessities of the format.
F2Ork is a clever way of simulating a horde army, with little battle ground tactics or knowledge, and giving them little resources (e.g New players). Who ever thought was that was very smart. I like the model, but only Ork should be free.
