Am I the only one aching for some Eldar action? It's been nearly a year since the 3D model showcase, and there hasn't been any talks of it since. It'd be nice to see something, as I'm slowly losing hope...

No. None of us here in the Eldar forum want to see anything Eldar related.

I should've clarified before I was met with the typical sarcastic answer. I meant it in a more desperate "I'm losing hope in this game because I have seen nothing Eldar related in the game, which is the whole reason I preordered it, am I the only one getting fed up of the lack of devotion toward the Eldar fanbase?"

It will be done when it's done. You've seen nothing Eldar because the team very clearly explained that they were focusing on marines and chaos first. I'm not fed up in the slightest because it is in no way a lack of devotion. I'm sorry if they don't work fast enough for you. I'd love to see Eldar in action but if the devs are focusing on marine and chaos to get more mechanics working then so be it.

Aren't you always smarting about how you know more, how you saw more in your long lives? And then you lack the patience to see some pictcasts of yourself. You are clearly not clear of the hedonism that brought your downfall, xenos scum. Learn some self control.

I for one, have faith in the devs, I have faith that they will enable me to cut xenos down by the hundreds! Even if at first I can't have my chapter.

A textured model, or even a simple idle animation seems like a reasonable request for almost a year of seeing nothing. Just something as simple as that would be satisfying enough to last until the game is released. I just want to see something.

It's not like making fan-art. They would have to assign team members currently working on other tasks (probably tasks required for the first founder's access, etc. I don't know the current status of their modells, plans, animations for the Eldar (or anyone else), but I am quite sure, that they are not ignoring the Eldar cause of lack of love for them (filthy xenos bunch though), simply because they have a schedule, a project plan, etc to hold on to. If they have some buffer time, or get to a milestone where they will have stuff for you to see, they will let you see. With all this attention from the fans and all the openness they show, I doubt they would risk doing a half-***ed job with the Eldar (filthy xenos all).

Have you considered that maybe that isn't possible? They'll show us something when there is something to show.
