Awesome news!! From experience, people are often oblivious or too impatient to convert times. It's always a good idea to put an NA, EU, and AUS time so people can at least ballpark... Especially since your Monday is actually my Sunday.
GMT would be fine for EU, though it doesn't seem to take the summer time into consideration. There are so many different names for timezones these days, and we have an ocean of them just in EU. I personally perfer to use CET (winter) and CEST (summer), as most of Europe uses those.
