Well I didn't have a founder account, until Bloodbourne was generous enough to give away gifts for the competition. And creating the background story kinda revolved around being connected to my character to begin with... so yeah. It could have been worse, hopefully I won't run into this problem again. But they should probably allow a name to be reused many times over, can't understand why they have not resolved this problem that plagues MMOs. As I said Cryptic would be good way (just allow the tag to be invisible). And I have fans? Didn't know that.
If you want the name for a guild go ahead. But i strongly recommend against making a neutral common ground for all eldars into a "biased" group/ guild. Theres already been a discussion, a wish for a neutral common ground for all Eldars, not "ruled" by any guild. I think we should stick to that. Sure eldars can just go and make a new free-for-all-eldar-hub. I think it would be smarter though to build upon what we already have, strengthen/ organize the already existing free-for-all-eldar-hub.
I don't do pre-orders, nor do I pay corporations to be their Alpha tester. So no, I won't have my hands on the game until it's fully released (hopefully with Eldar).
I feel ya man. Maybe if Eldar look really polished and functioning, in case game is still not full release, I'd be tempted, but no way in hell like this. If i wanted to play SM vs CSM only, could play WH40k:SM which is a full game. Now i dont know if im only one, but i got many serious and casual friends that are interested, and all feel this way, until they see playable Orks/Eldars they wont give a single buck to this game... Which means at least 2 more years of development hell and waiting for us.
Not to cramp on ur enthusiasm, but thats just my own personal estimate. Iv been watching for this game since it first got announced in october 2013, id love to be wrong and see Orks/Eldar during next year, but as Id expect to see it late 2016, or post release during early 2017. People expect so much content and stuff from this game (Special subclasses and shouts and taunts and what not for specific sub-races), and the studio is working on non-astronomical budget and with limited stuff+as u saw half the team got replaced as well(not that it matters). On a side note, even SM and CSM are kinda unfinished in that regard, no different models for legions, sorcerer not done yet with mechanics still in works etc..Again people might feel differently on this. Now imagine working on Eldar and Orks again from scratch and best part is they are not copy paste class system faction like CSM and SM are for the most part.
