Then they should have thought about that extra work before deciding to add Eldar to the game. They chose to take on that extra work and now they have to live with that decision. Please dont tell me this is going to be an excuse for every time Eldar get skipped over for cool new shit and the race remains static for multiple updates at a time while the other factions keep getting improved.
