Honestly, with the increase in melee dmg, there is no reason to kep the eldar at 150 health. anymore. The decrease in everyone elses melee weapons was supposed to be offset by the Eldar's lesser health. Need to go ahead and bump it back up to 200.
Tested the CSM Unique Force Thirst Axe last night with Force damage enhancing spell stacked (lasts for exactly 1 minute per cast) Backstab: Strong Attack (Force Altered) 529 damage Strong Attack (Unaltered) 440 damage Frontal: Strong Attack (Force Altered) 352 damage Strong Attack (Unaltered) 293 damage All Angles: Quick Attack: (Force Altered) 204 damage Quick Attack: (Unaltered) 170 damage Evade and Sprint Attacks: Evade and Sprint Attack: (Force Altered) 128 damage Evade and Sprint Attack: (Unltered) 107 damage ^This weapon is better than a damn Power Fist, much faster swing speed compared to the fist, also comparative damage in terms of OHK (any excess is negligible) Most of these attacks can down an Elf in one hit. Sorcerer is now better than most Melee. The OP is through the roof on this one, I'm calling nerf (totally gonna be exploiting using the hell outta this weapon)
That would make Eldar be able to eat and survive a frontal heavy attack from a power mace. It does matter. Agreed, the weapon is better in terms of melee combat, but in terms of vehicle threat, nah, the powerfist remains better. Somewhat it does make some sense that a goddamn sorcerer would be a potent (and highly potent) threat, especially in close quarters... lore wise. Balance wise it's... a decent comparison if you compare it to an apo, and a huuuuuuuuge advantage on the ork painboy. I do think it's on par with the Warlock. (Just give the painboy the ability to take a power klaaaw!)
As @KaelaMenshaKhaine mentioned, get in the Webway if you want to team up as Eldar. @Sneaky-krumpin was right; Eldar have a high floor for teamwork that requires basic communication in order to coordinate. If you want to help the faction, you're going to have to talk to it on the free discord we've provided for you all. You can even request help from all the major guild. We can debate the ceiling until the cows come home.
You might wanna re read those books than because the only time the Eldar get destroyed by the Marines is when they initially breach the craftworld, a lot of them died when the torpedoes slammed into the craftworld at the landing point but from than on it was Space Marines and Guard getting torn to shreds as the Eldar fell back over n over. Sure the Marines took ground but? like that charge up the hill in the park at the end, the Marines got decimated before capturing the hill. SO no I don't remember the marines destroying the Eldar instantly at all, all I recall is Eldar falling back repeatedly but the Marines being tenacious and pushing on regardless
Sure because they dont face tank like people want to in EC The only times Eldar get caught by marines in the book they get instantly deleted
But this is comparing an open Craftworld where you can concede territory to win the war. This is a take and hold lobby shooter with 3 points that must be held/taken . This kinda stuff would have worked better with the EC Planetside pitch.
Eldar (OP) currently, notice pls eldar triplecapped in attack against my LSM team but surprisingly lost... I asw everything - fucking scorpions, "okay and not sucking" DAs, enhance, tempests. Why it didnt work? Forgot my sunglasses sorry
