I wouldn't think the Eldar would have those as choices for their narrator voice. I think of their narrator as having a sing-song voice mixed with technology. Like the voice of the Bonesinger in Dawn of War 1. For example: View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6qiw5IyL30
Getting some Males back on the train for the Eldar is nice to see. The "HomeWorld" series of the Narrator feels like way too much. Space Marines DoW 2 Chaos Rising & Retribution series of Gabriel Angelo's voice. (1st Scene) The Bone singer gives quite the nice detail though it doesn't feel the tuned the way it should for the narrator. I'd recommend if you're choosing something from the DoW Series. I'd more say the Dark Reaper voice gives quite the serious commanding voice like how the Eldar Organization should feel perhaps.
