I'm so surprised to hear all that from a Dark Kin.
Male Banshees are totally legit for the Eldar lore, why not? Their society is not a bit sexist, if I get it right. So why suddenly a unique one-sex Aspect?
    Go, male Banshees!

Also, I hope all you guys check on the DA group that I featured in the starting post of this topic. I keep filling it with some interesting Eldar stuff that comes up on DA.

There's nothing sexist about different genders having different roles. They're trying to emulate a female aspect from their mythology. Even the name, a Banshee is a female spirit. They're called the daughters of Morai-Heg.

Is it sexist when a male harlequin is not allowed to play, say, Isha in a play?

And isn't he allowed for certain? Anyway, I'm ok if he isn't.
But any Aspect is a facet of Khaine, and any Eldar can be drawn to this specific Path, where you express yourself as a vengeful spirit, combining swiftness of foot, unpredictable acrobatic mobility in battle and terrifying howls.
I like Banshees primarily for what they do, and while they have aesthetic advantages of being females with gorgeous manes, I love the aesthetics of all the aspects no less. It's just that in no other aspect I can do what Banshees do. Being obsessed by Khaine in this way, male Eldar doesn't have any alternative, as the Scorpions are total opposite of Banshees.
    Respect the Path system! =)

If I remember my lore right male Eldar totally can be Banshees, it isn't a girls only club. However they wear female armour when they do so because, as you say, "They're trying to emulate a female aspect from their mythology."
No wonder the Eldar get a rep for being effeminate.

I know male Eldar can be Banshees, I just find it a bit silly. I'm totally fine with them existing though, and if you want to play as one, more power to you.

As a bit of an aside I think it's worth noting that female Eldar are more nimble and acrobatic than the males(as confirmed by Wych lore) which makes them better Banshees. Not really trying to make a point with this, just something I just thought of. :p

Bah, banshees don't even have the hair.

Here is a true mane. It counts as an AP2 weapon

The Banshee is a female spirit, which is why there are more female Howling Banshees than male, but
is indeed right :D so the Eldar who finds themselves most moved by that Aspect of Khaine can take it up. And Howling Banshees don't have to wear female armour - that would make no sense in battle. "You keep falling last in training, Joethriel!" "I'm sorry Exarch, it's hard to fight with a bra stuffed full of socks!"

Wych lore applies to Wyches, and it never made sense to me that suddenly Eldar males who became Dark Eldar lost all sense of gymnastics ... maybe it's just that Vect would rather see scantily clad ladies bouncing around the Commorrite arenas? :p

Now here is a Striking Scorpion so that we can all be friends because everyone loves the Scorpions.

They're the same species, so Wych lore applies to CWE. And I never said male Eldar suck at gymnastics, just that in general female Eldar are better at it. It's just sexual dimorphism.

Although I don't doubt Vect would rather see scantily clad women in his arenas.
