What? Zu'ark became exodite after realizing that the craftworlds are not his home anymore. So he decided to live with them. It is just like a Dark Eldar can join the ranks of corsairs. So why should a Craftworlder not be able to join Exodites?

Do Craftworlders become Exodites? Must be some rare case.. And I imagine, in this case the rune "Outcast" is missing from his story.

He was never an Outcast. And the whole ordeal is rather special too, given the whole idea of making a Strikeforce similar to the Imperiums Deathwatch. (Basically taking a bunch of craftworlders from different craftworlds under a Farseer and/or Autarch and have them fight for another craftworld).

And probably are rare cases, but why not support such possibility? We have no idea if Eldar even can swap craftworlds like we humans IRL can swap Citizenship. After all what if for example an Iyanden Outcast falls in love with an Ulthwean gal on Ulthwe and wants to be at her side? Can he not just be with her and become an Ulthwean?

We have no idea as per lore, but in my headcanon I pretty much would say that he could become an Ulthwean if the Craftworld council agrees. (Or Immigration, whatever they got :p)

Anyway since this is art thread. Here a cool warp spider:

Craftworlders don't become Exodites; it's extremely unlikely that the Exodites would accept the craftworld Eldar.

Craftworlds fighting side by side is not unheard of. It's quite common, actually. And you do have to consider that Space Marine chapters fight side by side regularily under a single commander (think of the Second war of Armageddon and Dante of the Blood Angels).

Craftworld Eldar don't tend to let their actions be controlled by emotion, that's the whole point of the Eldar path.

Immigration's a bit of an odd one, I'll give you that. Path of the warrior did have an ex-Dark Eldar Striking Scorpion... keeping in mind that the Striking Scorpion aspect has close ties to the Dark Eldar kin in the first place. Though I don't know if the Craftworld accepted her because they thought it to be a good deed, because they have an excessive amount of outcasts anyway (this is Alaitoc after all), or because they thought integration with other factions would be positive.

Either way, it seems unlikely for a craftworlder to abandon his or her craftworld entirely. Even outcasts return at some point.

    Ganelon is right.
Craftworlder or Exodite - it's not just a matter of where you live. It's a whole other mindset and the difference is much much greater than between a city dweller and a farmer in generations.
I can still imagine such a transfer, but it won't be easy, and I see it very improbable for a Craftworlder to change himself so drastically without going through outcast phase, the Path of denial of Path and Craftworld norms, so to say. And it's only half way, to accept the Exodite way is another level. The outlook and system of values are too different and may feel almost alien to both sides. Even if a Craftworlder gets stuck on an Exodite world for some reason, I'm not even sure what would be harder - for them to accept him, or for him to accept their way.
But I believe it's possible. Even Dark Eldar may abandon or control their dark traits in time, when they become Corsairs in the mixed clans.
...Would the Exodites allow a Craftworlder spirit to enter their World Spirit? Must be some very special Craftworlder.

As for fighting side by side, it's ok, but I haven't heard of the mixed squads of different Craftworlds. Still, not impossible, if the need arises, as long as those Warriors from different Craftworlds are of the same Aspect.
Mixed Aspect squads - now that would be heresy=D

If a Dark Eldar can become a Craftworlder and vice versa I see absolutely no reason why a Craftworlder couldn't join Exodites. Lots of Craftworlds like Saim Hann and Biel-Tan have strong ties to Exodites.

Ties is one thing, you can have whatever ties. But becoming is another. Bechareth (sorry if the name is incorrect) haven't become a full-blown Craftworlder. He was an eternal Aspect Warrior in fact, akin to Exarch. He also did not speak at all, and I doubt he was allowed contacts with the Infinity Circuit. It's far from becoming a Craftworlder.

The talk doesn't belong here. But I disagree with Ganelon. Eldar are capable of changing their mindset. Yes the lifestyle is different but what if a Craftworlder gets sick of how they live or even is exiled from his craftworld and therefor doesn't want to live with them anymore and neither wants to become a Corsair or Ranger?

Exodites also can be welcoming other Eldar, I can imagine there are closed and open settlements just with Craftworlds. Arach-Qin are total Isolationists whereas Alaitoc and Iyanden are for example far more open to other Eldar.

Eldar don't even make a social difference between Male and Female in anyway, so why should they judge your heritage?

Anyway I leave it at that. It's headcanon nowhere is stated for my vision or against it, everyone can believe what they want to unless there is a source that really indicates something and even then - exceptions could be made.

Or they become outcasts for a while before retreading the Eldar path.

And no, most Exodites would not be open to Craftworlders living with them, as Craftworlders are a remnant of the decadent Eldar empire that caused the rise of Slaanesh. Unable to settle other planets and control their emotions without a strict system in place to regulate them.

An Aspect Warrior IS a craftworlder. Also, not true about him being a psuedo exarch. Never stated anywhere in the novel. Then there's the fact multiple characters have gone from the craftworlds to become dark eldar. So seeing as we have multiple canon examples of CWE/Deldar swapping alliances there is zero reason for two factions that actually like each other to forbid one another from joining up. It would make zero sense for exodites to turn another Eldar away when their origins involved trying to get people to leave the empire with them.

What? The craftworlders are the ones who turned their back on the decadence shortly after the exodites. It's the Dark Eldar that are the remnants of the old empire's decadence.
