Looks like it might be Kaelor. It would match the color scheme, the symbol on his shoulder, and the general in-adherence to norms.
I think i found some pics that you guys may like a whole lot, Because the details the person did on these pictures are astounding!
The only problem I have with this guy's stuff - is how he occasionally has Ghosthelms include some small detail right at their base, so it looks as if though it's a mouth -and this one tiny yet gratingly visible detail is what puts it me off of his art. Other than that, they're good.
This is old artwork. Old. From the Ye Olde Warhammer Compendium, I think. The piece, I believe, is titled "Eldar Mourning". I quite like it. Another rare example of John Blanche having drawn Eldar.
Oooh! I do like these. The way the red helms contrast with the light blue and black body is my favourite part, I think. Also the bloodied blades are a nice touch - shows they have been practicing their beautiful craft that is the art of Death. Clan Lethanuul has a reason to be proud. Looking forward to more of these pictures of the warrior-folk of your Exodite-Clans!
That background organic swirl is giving me serious Alien vibes. Nice finds. Especially the second one for me personally.
