Those models don't seem to have improved at all since we saw that first Dire Avenger model and ripped it to shreds.

gods I'm still not happy about the aspect warriors being colour palette locked

its going to give the enemy such a tactical advantage

its not shape/silhouette like the LSM/CSM ... its outright colour coded information about what equip your probably carrying and what playstyle your probably going to use

• look out the window and you see 3 CSM rushing you, you have a few seconds to try and recognise what classes and equip they have so you can adjust your strategy for when they run in through the door

• now you look out the window and see 3 eldar rushing you, their armour colour screams what class and possible equipment your going to have to deal with

LSM/CSM their armour colour tells you what subfaction they are and what traits they have,
Eldar though you wont know what subfaction they are or what traits they will have

while the trade off might seem fair its not, subfaction traits are meant to be minor while class info and equipment options are major information

I do hate to be rude, but these models look really cartoony. I really hope they're not planning on keeping them this way and they're just placeholders.

Eldar are supposed to exist in the uncanny valley. They are supposed to not look quite human enough.

So you want Eldar to stop being Eldar and start being imperial guard or space marines?

The idea of the very distinctive classes and designs has been something the Eldar have had since pretty much the beginning of their existence, both in the lore and in the game.

Agreed. A lot of fans pointed this out months ago when they showed us the Dire Avenger and Dark Reaper models. But they seem to have completely ignored all feedback from the forums since they look nearly identical.

ya I hear what you are saying but.... what did you expect really? We are not playing chaff guardians, we bring the wrath of Khaine! Let them see us, let them know how death greets them. Speed and aggression... ya let them see us, so long as they fear us. The cries of "ELDAR OP NERF THEM" will sound just as sweet here as they do on the TT.

Oh and Eldar won the LVO. first and second. DOOOOOOM!
