So I hope I'm not the only one to express concern over this, but the way the game has been designed...you would need to tell a pretty friggin crazy story to explain 4 factions with 16 different armies all coming to one planet! What do you guys think it may be? IMO its going to be multiple things, since every faction has differing agendas...let alone the fact that each army (all 16 of them) have subtle variances on their own agendas! E.g. Space Marines: - Seek resources - Seek lost relics/templates - Seek to destroy enemies - Seek to gain control of planets for the Imperium Orks: - Seek shinies - Seek to destroy enemies - Seek to expand their territory Chaos: - Seek to violate places - Seek lost relics - Seek to destroy enemies Eldar: - Seek out lost relics/artifacts - Seek to protect them - Seek to destroy enemies So whatever the reasoning is for coming to this planet it has to consist of: - Relics - Important strategic location - Resources In conclusion....not such a hard a story to tell
SM = expand imperium CSM = corrupt SM Eldar = try to stop CSM from taking over the universe ork = mooshing
It's a secret Joking, I really haven't got a clue how its gonna fit in with lore. Maybe alternate reality, using 40k ideas
SM = Area or secret weapon protection CSM = Hidden Relic or Gain aquistion of resources Eldar = To deny Chaos and probably protect a webway gate Orks = Waagh!! looting and maybe trying to build up forces with feral Orks
GW did this back in 2006 when they use to really support Games Days with their on-line campaigns. http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/The_Fall_of_Medusa_V#.Una0J7B6ciQ
Its easy Its a Broken Warlord Titan Underground Craftworld Powerful Chaos relic Lots'a fightin' So what happens is, theres a damaged warlord titan on a underground craftworld, but somehow the titan became a powerful relic of chaos The orks come because theres fighting xD
