Hmm I wonder what kind of rewards you get from this Oath system. I don't like the idea of committing to a guild over 1 year from launch!
yeah, when I first heard we would be getting some early access modules, I immediately thought that one of them would likely be some sort of version of the PvE, like some version of the survival mode they showed an environment of off once IIRC EDIT: I just realized this is pretty off-topic, my bad
Does this then mean that the discount for getting in as a group is not a part of the plans anymore? Not a problem if so, just trying to clarify.
If I understand right, youll just get more points on the Rogue Trader market rather than your copy of the game costing less. Since all founders get points it would make sense to just add to an accounts existing balance when they "swear the oath" rather than trying to refund the like 5-10% discount on price that would be equivalent. Just numbers from my head this isn't necessarily how it works
I like this WAY better than trying to coordinate with my Chapter Master to get all this done. Plus a unique/rare bonus for our strike force, even if just cosmetic,(it better be just cosmetic) is much cooler than a 5% discount or whatever. Props to Vigilia Mortis for the good idea!
So the hero for 25k points isn't confirmed right? Because that seems crazy expensive for a founder's program for an already funded game.
The eternal trap of games with cash shops. The game is cheaper at 40 bucks, but to get everything would put it far above the cost of a 60 dollar game. 25 bucks for a single class. To everyone saying "wait and see," here we are. What a disappointment. Miguel worked on Star Citizen which has thousand dollar founder packs though, so not surprising.
What 'class' ? A limited loadout exclusive hero with a 24hr cooldown ? Don't say "here we are" unless you're pointing to something worth note. Another interesting thread I have to actively unfollow because it, like many others around here, is now a waste of time to check, where people go to conflate a relatively small commercial transaction with the theft of their beloved IP ... Which wasn't their's in the first place. Rubbish.
