In all honesty, this petition is a great idea. Every faction needs a push in the visual department. Especially the Orks, every other faction manages to show off their colors and Subfaction correctly, while the Orks are looking all the same with no chance to even represent their Klan correctly. Compare the Tin cans with the Greenskins, seriously, i even can't keep the Orks from the different Klans apart because, they look all the same. I want, that the Petition is for ALL Factions and Subfactions. I would happily pay for a "fluffy" Set for my Blood Axes Ork, i mean, the poor Boy has to walk around without a proper Painting.
This post needs to stay on the front page always. This post should be stickied. "Pay to look cool" is still getting overwritten by wargear. "Raptor Armour" Wargear still overrides Iron Warrior Shoulder options. Jump Pack aesthetics are still forced via Fuel and Fuel regen Wargear instead of letting the player choose their aesthetic. Your overwhelming fixation on Space Marines and only Space Marines is detestable. I refuse to sign your petitition. You do not represent me.
Games Workshop has an overwhelming fixation with Space Marines. It's because of LSM that GW has been able to thrive. LSM miniatures outsell all other factions by a wide margin. If you feel the need to make this personal blame Games Workshop. Feel free to send them an email they actually respond to most. Keep in mind LSM are the most popular faction world wide and thanks to GW LSM have the widest variety of iconic aesthetics. As far as EC, all $$ gained from sales of Space Marine appearance item sales would result in new goodies for all factions.
