"Gah, it would seem our skaven is in dire need of assistance!" Gunther said as he managed to steal a glance towards where his compatriots were fighting. Even though it goes against everything he was taught, he simply couldn't let the little ratling die just like that even though he was probably plotting some nefarious prank even now. Still, so far he showed himself to be a reliable member of the group and as such, Gunther was honor-bound to help him.

Turning around, Warrior Priest charged towards the skeleton stabbing Sneek and swung his warhammer at the undead's chest.
  2. "Good kill salemander" Thorkild called out to Sarkies as he had been the one to finally shut up the screaming skull. But now Thorkild saw the one properbly responsible for the horrid awakening of the dead, she must have had a horde of zombies to start with to even kill and reanimate the pirates that had been their original target, but to end her was a greater deed, and a undoubtedly good one since her kind where tainters of the world, her shuffling horde might be a problem, though the previous zombies had been an easy disbatch, and when Thorkild saw her weapon he almost laughed, not only was it a firearm of human design, and thereby already inferior, it looked just as broken and dead as her minions.
"Give up sorceror, and we might bring you back alive" Thorkild called out before advancing upon her and the horde, though the gun was barely a thing, he still watched out for it being able to fire.

"GET THIS BONE-THING OFF ME!", Sneek furiously squealed, madly and impotently swinging his cutlass at the thing dominating him currently. Stabbing, jabbing, and chopping as well as he could, given his position, he tried to move and get a grip on the skeleton's leg with his tail. His attention was, obviously, quite bound. Like the Skaven himself.

Robed woman shrieked as three monsters were suddenly charging toward her all at once. A lizard, an ogre and some dark skinned freak of a mutant! Farull would end up stomping over and finding that his new 'cloak' was quite shredded as Sakeis had beat them all to it, weaving around two clumsy shots from cycling gun before setting into her with his claws, primal fury driving him to rend flesh from bone and snap that which would not simply be sliced. A zombie would lurch for Farull but ogre clove it in twain from scalp to groin, cleaver anchoring itself in the ground with a crash of shattered stone. Malik wouldn't be so lucky as a Zombie came at him from behind, having shambled around remaining pair that were converging on the scaled warrior whom was reaping a fearsome tally this fight. Decaying hands wrapped in soiled bandages bore him to the ground and rotting teeth sunk deep into shoulder, head tossing as fabrics and flesh were ripped away between putrid jaws. Stench of rotting flesh filled his nostrils as flame shield ate into the creature yet even now Malik felt guardian flames starting to flicker and choke like a dying candle. Sakeis meanwhile was having his own problems as a dead man's fist clashed against chest, a rusting set of brass knuckles knocking the wind out of former temple guard while another scrambled after him with arms flailing. Side stepping tail whipped across pursuers legs with force enough to snap them clean off so damaged were its bones and lacking in all but barest of muscle.

Thorkild had been left in the dust by his allies and as such found himself standing near accursed Crossbones when Apprentice was cut down by the 'Salamander'. Two regarded each other for a split second before Thorkild doubled over with a bolt having lodged itself just above his stomach, a rib pierced and snapped by a shot that would of killed a lesser being. Momentarily stunned he found himself unable to counter attack as the undead archer began drawing back his weapon to load another shot. Gunther was probably regretting his decision to help little Skaven all the more now that someone likable was actually in danger, before he could really reflect on this though he might as well smite this skeleton! Further regret followed as weapon missed, Skeleton leaping aside with more agility than it ever ought to have, blade releasing Sneek only to lash its rapier's tip across his snout momentarily driving cowardly rat man into retreat and leading to another whiffed swing and a stalemate between the three. At least in his pursuit Gunther had unwittingly dodged another skeleton's swing as it fell flat on bony face after trying to throw itself at his back.

At center of it all was Argot and the risen ogre. Pay Master turned Pain Master reached into each furred vest holster and whipped out both pistols with a grimy grin.

"Eat dis skinny!" Both guns barked and triple eye patched part of rotting foe's face was blown off while second shot bit into a sagging pile of shoulder fat. Ignited gun powder provided a pleasant relief from rotting carrion stank and Argot laughed heartily as he drew up massive leather padded bludgeon. "Even less brains then before! Yous awfully stupid for starting gut off with me! " An anchor was suddenly raised above him with a shadow stretching across taunting man eater's upper body before rusty weight came down and smashed into a shoulder throwing Argot down to the ground with a busted up shoulder. Plenty tired of being made to look like a fool and a empty gut this afternoon he punches his foot into opponent's gut, rises and throws himself forward and crashes broken side first into the walking corpse. Fist begin pummeling away and the rest is history.

As fight continues to slope ever further in their favor last of the dead woken by Shrieking Skull arrives. A good sight more fearsome looking than even the ogre, still in the midst of being flattened beneath living rival's fists, a human skeleton looks across the field. Tall, broad and clad in thick plate chest piece tattered robes colored crimson by both bright dyes and crusty splotches of darker brownish blood it holds a war hammer across both hands, defiled scripture and prayers engraved along haft and head. Eyes alight with twin orbs of misting yellow energy it begins to march forward, sighting in upon Sakeis and breaking into a run risen War Priest has made its challenge clear.

"Eow! Ow! Ow!", cried the Skaven, holding his bleeding snout and performing what could only be described as a little rodent dance of pain a few feet away from his former tormentor. With his favourite organ being struck by a pretty sharp blade, Sneek needed more than a second to regain his 'cool', verminous valour taking the precedence over the desire to take cruel, cruel vengeance.

When he finally did reassume control over his animal instincts, the angry, angry rat, noticing that he was standing a bit apart from the fight, sheathed his blade and begun reloading his pistol, wanting to smite the rapier-bearer with his next shot.

"Hey watch the cloak!" Farull says pulling his blade out of the ground and turning to the crossbones. He starts to charge them looking to bowl through them crushing them to bitz.

Already winded from a unwelcome punch to the chest, Sakeis wasn't in the mood for a challenge from the newest opponent to arrive, but someone had to fight it and so the Lizardman decided to do that.... By quickly grabbing the weapon the apprentice had carried before her untimely demise, right hand holding the newly-taken weapon by its grip. Aiming the newly acquired rifle at in the direction of the War-Priest he then pulled the trigger, and Sakeis only hoped that his inexperience with any form of gun wouldn't stop it from saving his hide.

"THIS SIMPLY CANNOT AND WILL NOT STAND!" Gunther roared as he saw the new unded who joined the battle. He saw nothing in his evil counterpart but death and destruction and that kind of a creature was a great affront to everything a Warrior Priest stood for.

"BY THE POWER INVESTED IN ME BY GREAT SIGMAR HIMSELF, I SHALL BREAK YOU UPON THE ANVIL OF FAITH!" he shouted and charged the War Priest, thoughts of his comrades or any other enemies simply forgotten. His sole purpose was threatened here, that such being existed was a mockery to Sigmar!

"YOU WERE WEAK IN LIFE TO LET THE DARKNESS CLAIM YOUR SOUL SO EASILY! YOU ARE NOT WORTHY OF THE SYMBOL YOU CARRY! BY HELDENHAMMER, YOU WILL ANSWER FOR YOUR CRIMES!" barging through, Gunther tried to get in grips with the unded priest and swing his own warhammer at him, aiming to crush his skull.

As rotted thing sank its teeth into Malik`s shoulder,he screamed, his good manners do not stopping him from showing such base reaction.Pieces of cloth and bandages usually found those on a mummy, wrapped around him as the undead came to claim their meal, primodial hunger for flesh visible in their actions to Malik, even in this moment of great pain.

As he cursed at the fact that someone is desecrating his flesh with Ormuzd knows what taint,Malik`s hand went for the red ruby framed on the cover of his tome.Feeling the searing heat from the burning corpse nearby and that of the flickering shield around him,he remembered a base level incantation beaten into him by his masters. In this moment of need...he was grateful to his teachers for such harsh method.

With a twist of his swordarm he drove the tip of the scimitar into the zombie that has bitten his left shoulder, tearing at his robe with vigour it should not have.
Suddenly syllabels that no man should speak, dripped from Malik`s lips as shield around him flickered and threatened to combust outward.

OOC:Casting Crown of Fire. (Any time that you are struck by a melee attack, there is a 25% chance that the attacker will become stunned for X SECONDS. This stun does not grant immunity.)
  10. damn crossbows, why couldent these skeletons just use bows.
Bent over in pain, Thorkild pushed himself back up, he knew that to remove the bolt now would be worse than leaving it in, since atleast now it also stopped the wound from breaching profusely.
As he got up, he advanced upon the skeletons, not willing to let them have time to shoot again.
