Serious question. CSM's Havoc's RTC weapons just got flat nerfed with no prior indication. You already couldn't put mods into RTC weapons, making their actual value questionable. Now they're being nerfed as well. Additionally, more broken cosmetics with this patch, store-bought things applying to one shoulder instead of two or just not applying at all. Do the devs actually want people to spend money on RTC? Because this is not how you get people to do that.
I got 34k free, I spent 7k on a helm & shoulder for my Night Lord. I main Eldar & wouldn't spend 2k on the palette swap let alone 10k. Only way I'd buy weapons would be if they were normal/ master crafted with mod slots, if they have mods in them just make it part of the purchase. If the mods don't exist outside of that weapon then we've got a whole other problem & they shouldn't exist in that weapon. In answer to your question- No sir... no they do not. :3
as folken said, still waiting for eldar customization, at least you guys, got something. And to be fair, to each patch it's broken customization, last time, our 10k rtc recolors went without faceplate
Oh noes they applied balance, you know, so you don't have the ability to purchase op weapons, you know. Like a pay-to-win?
To be fair, most of the RTC weapons weren't all that useful to begin with. To drive them further into the ground is nothing short of madness.
Problem with RTC weapons is that almost all of them are master-crafted, but that doesn't mean a thing compared to increased price. Now with updated descriptions we see that melee master crafted weapons have 25% more durability, while some master crafted guns have a slightly reduced horizontal spread, equal to a 20 LP mod. For 100 LP. Half of MC weapons still have no stat differences from regular versions. So it's not about RTC weapons, it's more about still broken MC.
