OOC: #ExcusesFTW <Still Before 7> "Not be nice is somewhat an understatement there. I on the other hand... Am not even sure if I would make a good mother. Mothers need so many attributes of which I seem to have none, but care. Yet I imagine if I had children I would overprotect them, let them barely freedom, for I know there is evil out there and do not want them to touch it. I always knew how to take care of myself and aid others temporarily, but I doubt I have any long-term success, that also is why I started my pilgrimage. I shall never stand idle, never become rooted. Always moving, always learning, always growing." The Dragonborn just finished her meal and put her plate aside, casting a true beam with her white teeth. There were rarely moments two more more individuals could converse so open, it was and hopefully would remain the most enjoyable feat of the Drow.
<Still before Seven does the madness ever end?> "Cover your teeth, dragon, my eyes are still sensitive to the light!", Abraxas chuckled lowly and covered her black-red eyes with a childish gesture. "Ahh pshh! Do not speak such untruths! How would a servant of the Dragon King be a bad mother! That is naught but the poppycock of a lunatic! Besides, so many tribes of nomads carry their children around. They learn from life, from the steppe, from the world around them, priestess!" Leaning closer with her unceasing smile, the Dark Elf put both hands upon one of the Dragonborn's as her voice suddenly dropped from shrill to a somewhat deep and melodious tone. "I am sure you would be a good mother if you so desired. We are never ready for great changes, but as long as we face the future with optimism, we shall overcome."
<Eternal Before Seven o'clock> Without knowing really why, she whispered, now that the 'creature of darkness' came in so close. "Then perhaps I just need to get known to myself better on my pilgrimage." Her voice was now upbeat and far more enthusiastic, the cheering up of Abraxas had quite a success upon the young Dragonborn who now leaned a bit back again, relaxing. "Just so you know. Your comment is contradicting. You say your eyes are still so sensitive to light, yet you get up so early? Would you not rather than crawl all day long under your sheets and only come during either eclipse or moonshine?" Artana said, accompanied with a wink.
<before Seven> no sound was heard as the tiefling slowly got up and got dressed his equitment and cloak were back on with the same odd orange deer skeleton painted on the back instead of earlier when he came in his head seemed to be uncoverd now his weapons were still hidden. as he came down the steps ever so quietly soon enough he was off the steps when he finnaly made a sound. "Ahh good to see we are waking up." braxis said somewhat cheerfully. as he began to scratch his arms repeatedly.
Ragnar slowly opened his eyes, the woman chatter finally making him wake up. "Ughhh, that was good," he grunted as he got up on his feet, the terrible back ache following closely behind but that's what you get when you spend night sleeping on a chair. He saw the newcomer but he just waved his hand, going outside to take a dump before the mission starts.
The other Tiefling just laughed at the stiff movements of the dwarf, calling after him cheerfully as the dwarf exited out the door. "That's what you get for trying to do a double keg stand and not sharing!" He winks at the two women talking in the corner before getting up, stiffly as well, and joining them. "Morning ladies, Artana, you missed some fantastic songs last night, but perhaps you are a more mellow sort? That's good to know for the future. Mayhaps we can share a story or two? As a travelling Cleric you must have seen some crazy things and I would love to hear about them."
<Before Seven(?)> "I am just not one of big social gatherings... I enjoy conversations in small groups or from one to another person. Also, I am afraid I have nothing too crazy to share, I merely started my pilgrimage a few months ago. Yet I am certain that our conceptions of 'crazy' are two completely different ones?" She asked with a smile, curious of how many songs and all of them are taught to a Bard. Artana listened never much to music, but was always amazed of how many various songs and types a single Bard could play. OOC: Doesn't really matter, but getting chars before the actual mission to converse and learn a bit of one another usually never hurts.
ooc no i was just a bit busy to continue which i can now do (work things got in the way) after 7 "ok then folow me and i will lead you in the direction of the cavern" with that renah left the tavern without waiting and then as he watched them folow him he moved to a masive gate in the center of the city "open the gate the adventurers have been gatherd and will head down into the hellmouth" and with that the gate opend revealing a large underground cavern which was just a big area at least the size of the city with a spiral stair case in the center of the cavern going down "i will acompany you all to the 5th basement level, i should warn you at each level there will be a fight with something that guards the level" with that he moved them to the stairs where in front of it was a masive soldier at least 8 foot tall who then spoke "who dares to enter the hellmouth"
Moving in his half plate with his battleaxe in hand, the Dwarf fighter grunted at the figure who was almost two times his size. "Move aside Keeper, I'm not in a mood for games." The last night's drinking left a mark on his demeanor - he was grumpy as hell. And then this guy who tried to bar the way for a Dwarf to enter the Underground. Not bloody likely.
