"Alright then let me leave this cursed item be." he said as he moved away from the cursed blade and back to the groups side. "Well that was quite easy." he said his eyes moved around looking at the area around them. Apart of him agreed with the dwarf especially with the pay they got and how simple this was.
"oh you did succeed perfectly" as the light spoke it moved to the blade "and now i can claim what is rightfully mine" as it spoke it reached for the sword only for it to vanish "no there should be nothing stoping me from the sword now" as the being spoke the light faded revealing the person who had introdused himself as their employer in the tavern "what did you do how is it that the sword is gone"
"Ah and there is the trick." Braxis said as he looked at there former employer. Already he was readying himself for a run. "So you were aiming to get the blade after we removed it from its seal?" he asked
"no ..... this is a misunderstanding" as he spoke a piller of rock wraped around his left arm "what is the meaning of this" then a piller of metal around his right "no let me go" as he spoke the pillers vanished as he let out a bolt of black light from his arms "who is interfearing in this realm it should be out of any higher beings control" "you lead a group of adventurers here to let them die at my hands and then take the blade while i was distracted" as a voice came from the throne the knight came into veiw "i always hated these parlor tricks but against you it was necesery"
"not yet i am afraid" as the knight spoke she stood up "i must take this traitor of bahamut with me before your task is over" as she spoke the blade apeared in her hand then in a flash of light it shaterd into dust "i have had the power to destroy the blade since i forged it, let me warn you sister of the dragonborn" as she spoke she grabed the throat of the employer "make sure the dwarf uses the scythe or this wont end"
"The Dwarf hears and obeys!" Rangar growled, pulling out his scythe from his back and hefting it in his hands. "Step aside and let me end this charade!"
"you need to cut both of us at the same time otherwise the curse wont end" as she spoke the knight shed her armour leaving a robe of bahamut on her and then with a mighty roar she forced the employer into a hold that prevented him from moving "onse this is over do me a favour visit the grave of my party members in the city above and place a single gold coin on them" with that she waited for the strike
Rangar simply nodded as he drove the scythe into a mighty swing, sweeping both the knight and the employer in the same time and waiting to see what will happen next.
as the scythe conected their was a blinding light as a skeletol hand seamed to form on it and the cloak it had given to the dwarf came up revealing what looked like the grim reaper "you have done well dwarf but from hear i will take over" as it spoke the scythe seamed to absorb the bodys of the knight and employer and then it started to crumble "i will thank you for looking after my scythe with so many souls" as it spoke it placed an egg the size of the dwarfs sheild on the ground, the eag glistend gold "now goodbye" as it spoke the room vibrated then a blinding light apeared and they were now stood at the entrance to the hellmouth.
