https://www.eternalcrusade.com/faq#rogue-trader-faq I was reading this and i came up with a PARTICULARLY interesting information about the rogue trader items. "WHY DOES MY FRIEND NOT HAVE THE SAME ITEMS AVAILABLE IN THE ROGUE TRADER AS I DO? Based on your Founder Store purchases and your activity in Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, the Rogue Trader may unlock certain items for a user." so, what does this mean? are we gonna see further discrimination among different founder ranks, or is this gonna be a way to further customise your character and make him really unique? however, this fact suggests that we are gonna see LOTS of items to be added in the future, if each one of the founders will be able to unlock and select different unique options.... one more thing, am i the only one who read the rogue trader FAQ? because i couldn't see anywhere an already existing thread about this point....
I'm assuming this is referring to limited edition items perhaps? A limited edition weapon is not available in the rogue trader until it is purchased in the founders store first. Perhaps later on, certain wargear will be available in the rogue trader based on your accomplishments? For example: Kill 100,000 Orks - Unlocks shoulder piece for Chaos players that has a spike & Ork head on it or something to that effect.
Well it does say Rogue Trader, not Founder Store. My guess would be either a Typo, or there's something we get to see later on.
Good catch, i hope it simply refers to the Heresy gear that isnt really in the RTS store till bought in the Founders store. Someone having access to something to buy in the RTS while someone else is denied for some reason is bad in my eyes. They already told there wont be any differences in the packages aside from those modules. If they kept that promise till now they should continue keeping it.
That may explain the part corcerning the founder purchases. What about your "activity" in the game, though? What does it mean?
i remember something about if a faction win a campaign obtain a medal or something similar. or maybe they give some item to the beta tester etc etc
