They could make a one-handed staff though. Bonus points if it counted as a ranged weapon, working a bit like the charged shots from a Plasma Gun (no snap shot though). It would obviously work as a Force Combat Knife (like the current Force Sword) when used as a melee weapon.
I mean yeah, they could, but im doubting they will cause they said they are post launch. Fingers always crossed for a surprise, cause id kill for a Force Staff.
