First off lower your tone you not a kid.(Or are you?) Second it's your own problem that you play faction that not in en masse are weaker, i also suggested to add more players in match to orks side but you completely ignored it. And finally i am tired of hypocrisy of people here when the want nerf something(usually in other faction) they claim for "Balance™" when they want OP something(usually in their faction) they claim for "Assimetric Balance™"
Do you know NOTHING about orks? It sounds like it. Again, Orks don't go in big numbers because they are weak. There's things called NOBS which can wreck Space Marines. They come in masses too. And they are far from weak. Mass mobbing is an ork tactic because all they care about is the fight, not the tactics. That's why they mob up.
Very good way to argue, it's seems you know even less about them. Aren't they Nobs because of word "Nobles" in other words elite? So much for knowing Orks.
Orks mob because of the WAAAGH!! Not because they're weak and must mob. They only care about the fight, not tactics; if they did have tactics and coordination they would have killed of the Imperium Of Man long ago. Weak boys, strong boys, nobs, warbosses, everything goes in. So your logic of "Orks mass up because they are weak" is objectively false.
I´d stop arguing with him at this point @Poked . He clearly is just trying to poke ( sorry ) you. Luckily there are more than enough people playing Orks that know what the problem is. And we even got some LSM people who are actually objective. I think that the balance will be alright in the end, we just have to wait. In the meantime, I know some LSM people who could actually try and play Ork themselves to see what the problem is. Oh wait... I am being unrealistic now. They rather farm the shit out of a unpolished faction.
You're putting words into my mouth: Again you're acting like Orks have this specific class and rank system; they don't. It's a natural thing; naturally, the more experienced and stronger you are the bigger you are. But that doesn't mean I have to be X amount of size to compete with Space Marines, if that is what you think then you need to stop talking about Orks like you know them, because they VARY in strength. There are weak boys just like there are strong boys, smart boys and dumb boys. Their size doesn't determine their skill just overall success in the natural order. Is a bigger ork more likely to kill a Marine? Yes, much more. That doesn't mean it's impossible for boys. And considering the orks in EC are going to be the size between a Boy and a Nob, yes, it is entirely possible for them to compete with Space Marines.
Not in the game where teams are equal in numbers. If orks teams were twice bigger in numbers than sm, csm, or dem panzies teams, then it would be ok to have a weak shoota and slugga boyz. ) But in this game orks must be buffed. That headshot damage must be reduced, orks melee have to be atleast equal to sm/csm, painboy should have an increased healing speed just at the same speed as the apothecary. Then it would be ok.
Too bad Table Top has it. You need stop takilg here cause it's utter nosense. Depend on Marine Ork and their eqipment. It's not imposible in game either. New kind of Ork? That's why i said numbers should be increased. We can have two cap classes as CSM, stealth and 7 classes as eldars but can't have more players on orks side - so much for Assymetric balance.
Hey! That's not fair! I spent 4 hours on Sunday playing as an Ork Loota! I found it to be enjoyable, but there were certainly issues with the class, and the faction. It's a new release, and they were released with a laundry list of known problems, and we have found more every day. Therre might be people farming, and there might be people intentionally setting up an HB to spawn camp, but I think the vast majority of regular HB users are playing honorably, and I think most people see the Orks as a good first set that needs a lot of love (and yes, bolter rounds). I don't concur that melee has been an underdog, but my perspective is skewed due to them being my counter. They seemed quite capable to me. At the Patch 15 data dump, melee got 40% of the kills, which I think is pretty decent considering that melee comes with a higher learning curve than ranged (I think). With every patch, I've had plenty of melee be able to mow me down, so they look capable, but I don't see the work that goes into melee proficiency and struggling with the mechanics. I just see ANOTHER powersword executing me.
