If they turn up they won't be recognized as tyranids until M.41. It's a bit like the Fenrisan Kraken or the Catachan Devil, creatures that are now believed to be tyranids from an ancient hive fleet that settled in our galaxy.

We wouldn't know that necrons are necrons either.

Necrons could be a thing since technically there were some during the Great Crusade awakening, but Nids is a big no no.
