I yet have to define the EXACT rules for grabbing a one-handed weapon with two, but this is how it stands FOR NOW with the training weapons.

His scowl could be heard as he replied to the Dark Angel's question. "The outcome isn't in doubt. The Blood Watchman will have him beaten." Most of the anger then seemed to leave. "Blood Watchmen? From the same Chapter as the Librarian? You seem to know them, Dark Angel, what can you tell me about them?" [OOC: I don't think any Astartes at this point would recognize another chapter unless it is original nine or from the same primarch. Just saying.]
Tellon looked on, eager to see if the Blood Watchman could hold back and defeat the ultramarine. "Will The blood Watchman win through skill and discipline," He Thought, "Or will he meet The ultramarine head-on in fury?" It seems Tellon will soon find out as the Ultramarine closed in to strike.
lucious just stood there watching the ultramarine circle him but in his mind he was remembering the foot work and thinking of what the ultramarine would do "so you seam angry, angry enough to chalange someone without introducing yourself is never a good first impresion" he remained with his helmet on as he dueled keeping his face hidden and wondering how the ultramarine would think he was looking expresion wise from that comment "i am lucious umbra swordsman of the blood watchmen 2nd company" as he spoke he changed his stance into one that looked like he was ready to attack but instead of attacking he seamed to have raised the area of defence he had "now come or are you waiting for me to make the first move like a tactition would"
Tellon looked back to the Black Templar, "I judge based on the equipment I saw on their armor, before it was all sent to the armory. From what I have seen, The Ultramarine is of the same purpose to his chapter as I, A tactical marine, The Blood watchman had the equipment associated with the Assault Marines. I judge from their skill of their chosen weapon based on their combat expertise, Not on knowledge of their chapter. To answer your question, I know nothing of the blood watchman beyond their chapter name.
OOC: Some may, others may not. Depends really how much they care about chapter lore and learned from their librarians and such. Father chapters may recognize their successors and vice versa easily. But that is just me.
