Erxandros shrugged. " Iron Snake deployments are usually individual, maybe your squad if the situation warrants it. I am just ready to prove myself for station and chapter. This is a great Undertaking."

Tellon nodded, "Good, it will be a good balance for this ones recklessness." Tellon turned to Bargov, "Watch that it doesn't get you killed."

Bargov grunted, "Whatever you say, Apothecary. Come on Brother Erxandros! Lets get back to the team before they think you may have hit me too hard!"

Erxandros chuckled and nodded. "Sure and that will teach ya to challenge an Iron Snake in a duel. " He swatted Bargov's back and left the Apothecarium. " We should stop by the forges to make sure our armor is fit to go before we head back."

"Heh, you sure its not just to go see the Forgemaster?" bargov joked as the two traveled to the Mechanicus Section of the station.

  5. Jacen - Training Complex - Battle Cages
Accepting Zuriel's hand as he got to his feet Jacen collected his weaponry. He had seen part of the fight between Bargov and Erxandros, letting out a short laugh as the Brazen Claw had to be carted off to the apothecarion.

Backing out of the arena, letting Vahn and Zuriel have unrestricted movement, Jacen sheathed his spear and tulwar before heading from the Training Complex, content to just go wherever his feet took him.

Erxandros shook his head. "If the Forgemaster isn't in his office instead of the forges I would be surprise. We can get one of the other Mechanicum servants to work on our armor. Besides Forgemaster has already spent to much time on me. " The last part was both rueful and kind of like not all the times were good. He was a student to the Forgemaster and that relationship did not always fit him. He was down to earth and Alderson was head in the clouds as far as Erxandros was concerned.

  7. Athenallas - Personal Armoury
@Uriel1339 | After witnessing the lackluster display from the Devastators in the Shooting Range Athenallas had returned to his armoury. Other kill-teams had arrived on the station, one of them having a Black Templar as a member, and Athenallas wished to meet him, especially considering that Karl-Heinz was of a similar age.

Activating the inter-com Athenallas summoned the other Black Templar, spending the time until his arrival attempting to make the chamber presentable and ensuring that his boarding shield was prominently displayed.

    ~~ Meeting Dephormatus ~~
The Ultramarine fought with a gladius against a training servitor. It appeared the rest of Kill-Team Tertius was busy elsewhere. The halls were eerily empty. There were only four individuals in this room in total. The Training Servitor. Dephormatus. Claudius. And a Serf who cleansed a Bolt Pistol, presumably belonging to the Ultramarine in training. The clip was laying on the bench next to the Serf, empty. But the scent in the air gave away it was recently fired, Claudius' senses being rather sharp and the signs of war never able to leave him completely.

Only once the Training Servitor was 'slain', Dephormatus turned around to meet his equal and bowed as one would do to his superior. "Brother-Lord Claudius Aurelius." He started with a rough, scratchy voice that forced it's way through his vox-grille, making him sound even more bizarre. The man kneeled like a peasant to a king, for Claudius was a war-hero, a man of men, the reincarnation of Courage and Honour. One could only aspire to reach to his greatness, or so, the humble Dephormatus believed.

    ~~ Zuriel vs. Vahn ~~

Seeing it as his turn, Vahn took his old brother-in-arms up on the duel to show what he learned in the fifty years amongst his chapter. However, he still was a child compared to the horrors as well as miracles that Zuriel witnessed in his lifetime. Several bouts were exchanged, until Vahn fell for a feint, being eager as he saw an opening, only to fall in the trap of the blade's maw and being slammed non-deadly into his abdomen, causing him to slightly lift off the ground and land on his back, on the floor. The duel lasted an entire, intense minute of ebb and flow. Bested but satisfied, the warrior rose slowly back to his feet. "I may have learned much, but I fear I have not the required instinct to yet see the difference between upper hand and a trap." He laughed softly.

    ~~ Meeting Karl-Heinz ~~
"Yes, Castellan?" Karl-Heinz inquired straight-forward, after making an entrance, crossing his arms as he inspected the chamber. Satisfied, showing such with a nod, he stepped inside. A chainsword hung on his left waist and he was dressed in mere Black Templar garbs, without armor.

~~ Wandering Jacen (yes this is a @WanderingJester reference) ~~
Wandering around, Jacen came across an Observation Platform, stepping into a conversation between three Deathwatch Astartes, each of a different Kill-Team. Eriadnus of the Blood Ravens, Squad Leader of Kill-Team Secundus. Dante of the Blood Angels, Squad Leader of Kill-Team Tertius. And Leymar of the Raven Guard, Squad Leader of Kill-Team Quartus. It appeared that Dante and Leymar were arguing against Eriadnus.

"All I am saying is that Knowledge is Power to the degree of that we need to understand before we blindly destroy. Take as example the Aurelia Deployment in the Simulator and part of our chapter's history. If the Squad Leader does not realize the hints that the mutants are in fact humans of the Imperium, then one would forget to reason with them and perhaps convince them to do the right thing themselves instead of having a difficult combat!"

"The only knowledge that is important for that mission is to understand that there was a kill-switch to begin with. Infiltrate and activate the thermonuclear weapon to eradicate the Mutants. You are not being objective because the mission simulates a past event of your chapter."

"I must agree with Leymar. Except that salvation can be only found in death, for it's the Emperor's only currency. You dedicate your life to execute the will of Him, to serve for a greater goal of mankind. The part of knowledge being power is that you, as an Astartes, a Soldier, has nothing to lose. Thus your enemy must fear you. Annihilate before being annihilated."

"You have the complete wrong idea of what Power means. Power means the capability of control, such as psykers can shape the warp in whatever fits their needs. Turn it into fire to warm. Turn it to ice to freeze. Turn it to a means of transport. It even allows to defy death, as the report on the Forge of Vaul shows, being in fact a device created from the warp itself."

"You and your fascination with the warp. You should let that stuff be, before it devours you or a daemon gets too interested in you. Or else Magnus' lot get interested in you and corrupt you. Like they attempted with their councils and presentations back on Ullanor. Argh, forsaken meeting that was!"

"Either way, it appears we have a guest amongst us." Leymar pointed at Jacen.

~~ In front of the Forges ~~
    @Kardan020 | @seabass (Bargov) | @TechCaptain (Erxandros)

As Bargov and Erxandros did their chit-chat on their way to the forges, an unknown Astartes crossed their path. He was armored, wore Deathwatch Armor with the symbol of the Blood Angels on his chapter-pauldron. Who we was, they did not know. On the contrary, he knew who they would be. After all they were members of the Kill-Team he was to join. Erxandros, a Techmarine of the Iron Snakes. And Bargov, a Devastator of the Brazen Claws.

Right as the trio did meet, a man walked out of the forge. Yahzin of the Iron Hands, member of Kill-Team Secundus. Quietly, and from the distant he guarded the front door of the forge with his 8' 7" statue, Servo-Arm buzzing in idle-mode and holding a freshly upgraded Bolter across his chest. Peaceful, but ready to use in an instant. He was for now only observing the situation, not recognizing the Blood Angel either.
