I'm copying and pasting this from another thread I posted on about how to implement DW please give me you opinions.

This is a great idea but can really sink or swim depending on how it is implemented. The best IMHO would actually require support from the game creators after launch and would work like this.

Every three months 2 weeks before the quarter is up every guild that has 50 or more members selects one player they would like to recommend for deathwatch service. Now this is a good and bad way to do it because it's open to players abusing the system but it's a great way to get good players who maybe can't get their k/d ratio up or have the time to collect a certain req.

Once all names have been submitted or the time is up to submit names. 5 players are randomly picked.
These players are officially deathwatch but only for the next quarter till the process starts all over again.

Now while serving in the deathwatch you give those five players a buff every time they play together also their armor will be dyed black save for their symbol and silver arm. This will separate them on the battlefield and force new players to meet and work together.

When the they're time is up in the deathwatch they can keep the color scheme for their left shoulder pad showing they served as well as the guild they came from receiving either a purity seal for there banner or some other token they can show off for having someone serve in the deathwatch.

Now this way can be abused so the best way to try and prevent that because let's face it every time you design something you have to instantly think of all the different ways it can be broken. So here is where the restrictions start players can't be picked more than once to serve. Guild leaders can't pick themselves or the same person again and again. Now an easy way around that would be to change it to a voting system so everyone in the guild gets a say about who gets a chance to serve but than alts can be used to sway the vote. So we leave the decision with the guild leader now this is where the pop cap comes in at 50. If a big enough guild notices their leader is fixing the deathwatch submissions or taking bribes ( let's face it another way it can be abused) than the guild members can either leave or submit there guild leaders name for review if he or she is cheating than no more applicants will be accepted from that players account. ( this is to prevent the player from making alts and giving them guild possession). So what does everyone think please give me both positive and negative feedback on anything I didn't cover.

how about no DW and/or GK until the inquisition is made playable!?

What would the classes be ?
And you can't compare DW and GK they are completely different. And would have to be implemented differently.
