OOC: So what, the ramp just falls off or what? How the hell did the enemy marines get out? lol! (Must be one crappy mysterious enemy that hunts us down with falling apart machines!) BIC: Noticing the bolt-support of his brothers and the slow approaching Techmarine, Sirius decides to take on the rest of the Astartes himself inside the wreck. Just as he was moving over the ramp it decided to be not able to support his weight. Through reflex alone he managed to jump off and roll inside the Thunderhawks cargo-hold to cut an Astartes in through his chest, another diagonal cut with Durandal through his Twin hearts, to kill him where he stood. The other Astartes to his own demise armed with a Bolter had no chance against the Melee-Professional Apothecary who took care of the Unknown Astartes within seconds. The Pilots where helpless as Durandal straight through the seats found it's victims while still sitting. As the life ended in their bodies, they fell down on the ground, smashing their head against the consoles. Knowing that the other enemies would come also for him, he took the Bolter of the dead Astartes and some Bolt Pistol clips from his other victim, taking cover within the hull he aims with the Bolter to the enemies that approach him, trying to climb in the Thunderhawk despite it's broken Ramp, which seemed as a misfortune now supported the Squad Leader of the Deathwatch.
You hear the machine spirit spit out random codes before the engines roar to life taking control it began to fly back to base
The Apothecary noticing that the Machine starts to come life, he drops the bolter, grabs his Chainsword and jumps out of the opened Hatch before it was too far off. "Hell-Machine!" He yells after it just as he was rolling down on the ground, finding the Unknown Astartes shooting at him, he takes a hit in his left shoulder, the shoulder pad absorbing most of the damage he jumps for cover behind a pile of Ork Corpses which Dalarian left behind. *To be onboard an enemy Thunderhawk without an alive Pilot, neither knowing where it's heading and almost falling apart... I think before I join such flight I rather follow my Brothers in death by combat!* Sirius thinks as he reloaded his Bolt Pistol and shot over the cover the Astartes that close down on him.
The thunderhawk's left engine exploded plumitting into a nearby buikding destroying it creating escape route you can see a strange cavern with a mystic light eminating from it
The Apothecary not caring about the mysterious new opening finishes off the Astartes that just assaulted him. Fight after fight the Apothecary noticed that their performance lacks creativity, each enemy fights the same. First surprisingly fast and stronger than an average Astartes, but as they lost the knowledge of the Codex Astartes and their fighting lessons they lack to react on their enemy and just follow their own battle-schematics as if they would be a machine without an operator, just following it's pre-made duty. Just like these Astartes who are nothing but empty shells, no spirit, no mind, just embodiment of flesh. Sirius literally destroyed his enemy, cutting first his right arm off and then swung around to diagonally cut through the Armor. *What just happened to these Astartes and where do they come from?! They must be quite from the Eye of Terror itself.... Though why they fight without motivation?!* He asks himself just as he charged the next Marine who was to attack Drek, assisting his Techmarine-Brother he took care of the last Astartes. "After what happened here I am not quite sure what is exactly going on, over there I saw the Thunderhawk of the Heretics to produce a way into a cavern that glows in unnatural light. And after the Gas we encountered I am not sure if we just should blindly walk into another trap. Drek you may go ahead and see if you can figure out what origin the light has, Jaccx, take care of Dalarian and seek cover with him." The Apothecary orders as he grabs a big rock and throws it against the main mansion door which was closed but not locked, wanting to open the mansion without risking to inhale the gas that knocked out his brothers before, which he hoped were still inside.
You enter the mansion and come to two hall ways you hear the screams of agony coming from one and deathly roorboding hissing from the other you hear more creatures coming from behind there are too many to fend off
OOC: How can I enter it if I only throw a stone against the door? I did not walk into it, I grabbed a rock and threw it against the door.
As you stated it wasn't locked and a space marine throwing rock against it will bloody well open a door and the horde of zombie marines after you is a great incentive to get the hell out of dodge no?
I can still throw a rock easily over 50-100 meters which gives me quite enough time to react, and I do not go against OPENING the door, the thing is you wrote I never stated my char would go inside, rather just open the door to see if still gas flows outside.
