Mhhhh more likely not, rather they would be on "reserve" until the next mission *just to keep the flow and such* and WHAT..... Well wait till the briefing ^^ EDIT: 2 starting tonight 6 undecided
Don't know for sure.... but.... I guess, a few? WanderingJester might have a better idea *Iam good in the lore and so on but on weapons and ammo Iam more a *after feeling / logic* guy, I guess one prob is that those details are not very much shared?*
Seeing as that's your only special ammunition, you can probably carry as many flasks as you need for the completion of the mission (of course Urian has the final say in how many times you can logically reload before you run out, nothing ridiculous). Seeing as it's a combi-weapon you'll probably only have 10 shots in semi-auto before the weapon overheats, at which point you'll have to drop your bolter and the plasmagun or risk it burning through your gauntlets. So I would fire that thing sparingly so that it doesn't overheat. Edit: honestly with plasma weapons it's rare you would need to reload (as the PnP game rejects the idea of in place of overheating) but more of an issue of overheating, so I would worry less about the flasks and more about how frequently you fire the thing.
And thats why I wanted your opinion, you have a good thinking of this stuff ^^ so 10 shots sem-auto before overheat.... Then I would say 20-25 shots in total per flask, seems fair to me thinking on how devastating those weapons are.
I edited my post. Read it over about the flasks. As for the semi-auto setting, I would follow the two shot burst as the normal plasma gun works. Edit: typo actually, 20 shots (the normal plasma gun can have 40 before overheating)
Just shoots, needs sometimes reload and just do not fire like 15 shots in a row or overcharge it or it could hurt or even kill you. Regular Shots ~30 I would say, charged shot takes 5 shots out of the charge EDIT: What Jester said below
