Taldeer looked at him and got embarrassed even more. "Well.... If she says that.... Doesn't mean I agree..." The Apothecary symbol most likely is rather on your helmet and chest than your other pauldron. "That I am brother. " Lingren extended a hand, offering a polite smile to the Chaplain. "Figure I should get myself introduced, I'll be handling the before and after bio-scans and such before we deploy obviously. Usually find that rooting around through others Genes and skin is a bit easier if you're not a total stranger. "
"Always." The Eldar Farseer simply replied. "And do not forget that I do not desire to stay between you and your brothers." She put her hand on top of his which remained on her shoulder.
OOC well on Tuesday I have a big celebration, it's some Serbian stuff. It's gonna last for 2 days and I'll have over 30 ppl going through my house so posting will most definitely suffer. The Chaplain took the hand and shook it, "I'm glad to have you aboard. The Emperor knows we need another Apothecary. The Kill-team Lightbringer had 3 different Apothecaries so far, but none of them stick around for long. Make yourself ready, we are boarding the Black Templar ship soon." Once all of that was done, Stevanus went for the armory to rearm himself. There he found a surprise. A team of servitors was waiting for him with a suit of Tactical Dreadnought Armor. Such honor was never before bestowed upon him, and he felt blessed while receiving the Crux. After the procedure, the Chaplain was now clad in ceramite and adamantium, ready to bring destruction to the enemies of Man. But that wasn't the only thing waiting for him. On an altar in the center of the room, there was another thing waiting for him. A gigantic Power Claymore, made out of pure adamantium with ancient runes written in high Gothic etched on the sacred surface of the holy weapon. Stevanus heard the voices in his mind, the angel chorus singing prayers and sacred oaths, promising the old Flesh Tearer eternity of holy slaughter. The Chaplain made a mental note to ask the Watch Captain about the history of this magnificent weapon as he took hold of it, the sword much more lighter than it seemed. "Praise the Emperor and strike down His foes!" Armed and ready, the Chaplain made his way towards the Black Templar ship. "Brothers," he spoke in his team vox, "Prepare your gear and meet me on the Templar's ship. Tonight, we dine on Armageddon!"
"I survived Rynn's World, I will survive Armageddon. Let the Orks come Brother Chaplain. " Leaving him to it Lingren departed to the Medical Bay, pulling up all the relevant information he needed on the Kill-Team's members. Stowing away a data-slate with said information he regrouped with the others on the Black Templars vessel. Keeping near to the rest of the Team.
Krauz approached Stevanus, having waited for him to be clad in his new armor. "The armor belonged to Carnaevon... It ended in the hands of the Deathwatch for Flesh Tearers who earn the Crux Terminatus. Similar to you, he was a Reclusiarch." He then touched gentle over the blade. "Many think it is one of the Legendary blades of the Storm Wardens, but it was crafted for another purpose... In fact it is the first blade to imitate the weapons the Primarchs and the Emperor wielded during... The Great War." Krauz tried to find a delicate way to name the event that occurred so many years ago. "It is too unhandy for regular Astartes, only with the Terminator armor you have enough strength to wield it to make any use with it, yet be careful for you will move much slower than before... And Swords are not exactly your strength. Even though we have our differences, I think you could achieve much greater if you would care more about your survival and strengths than pure devastation among your enemy." The Inquisitor laid a hand on the shoulder pauldron which showed the Flesh Tearer symbol. "They do not welcome you on Cretacia any longer, but I welcome you at any time." His voice was serious and pure with honest... The Chaplain could feel it.
