"SEBAN NOOOOOOOOOO" the blood raven screamed as he watch the battle brother die wishing he could have helped him. he looked at his cybernetic arm that was on the ground he quickly picked it up and put it on his mag belt. Tarcain heard the ronin's orders and got moving seeing thain sturgling he quickly ran to his brothers aid hoping he could aid him.
OOC since I don't have everyone's skype, it would be bad if you get surprised at what I'm about to do when we get back. Ready your weapons, for tonight (tomorrow) we act like true marines! (hope I'm not stretching it with this announcement, but it wouldn't be logical for Chaplain to tell it in-game, since I believe "our hosts" might hear us
~~ Hammer of Faith ~~ The Servitors and the three Survivors of the Deathwatch made their way inside. Facing lesser Daemons but disposing them quick, the Adeptus Mechanicus went on with their dangerous work. The Daemons as if knowing what they were up too started to increase their effort tremendously. It felt like hours of fighting, yet mere thirty seconds were over. The Hordes threatened to overrun them as door after door, barricade after barricade fell. Three Dozen Daemons fell, but hundreds more were to come. Shin did his best to protect them all, but even his swiftness was not fast enough. Thain, weakened by the Warp Fire started to fight against the pain, it a constant reminder, making each move even harder, alas without the Sorcerer the burn started to stop - but only slow. Tarcain's lost arm made nothing easier. Eventually all three were with their backs on each other, while two Servitors fell, only one Assistant and the Supervisor of the armory left, halfway done. Suddenly Laser Guns and grenade explosions were heard nearby. From the East-Entrance they could make Humans out - Inquisitoral Storm troopers with a familiar face as their spearhead. "TIME TO BANISH SOME DAEMONS! FOR THE HAMMER OF FAITH AND INFINITE FAITH IN THE GOD EMPEROR AND HIS CHILDREN! FOR WE ARE HUMANS! NEVER BENDING A KNEE! NEVER FALTERING! NEVER GIVING UP!" The Hammerswinging Inquisitor announced as he and his thirty man strong Delegation pushed the Daemons back. And just buying enough time for the Servitor to connect the Plasma Generator with the Gellarfield Generator. "Activate the Gellarfield!" Was commanded over Vox to the bridge and then it happened.... The Ship and it's machine spirit roared in pain and misery, the Daemons started to flicker, same with the Warp-Space that could be seen through the Observational decks. The Hammer of Faith was between reality and immaterium. Cracks started to be heard, evacuation protocol being initiated, internal and outside damages. Life Support failing, Systems going wild. And then with one big explosion the Hammer of Faith ripped apart in half. It was literally that one half got pulled back in the Warp, as the Gellarfield Generator was not covering the front-part anymore. All men aboard the Bridge and Quarters being lost. At least the Engines, Generators and Armory were still connected to the Gellarfield-embraced Hull, being thrown back into reality. Whatever was left of the Hammer of Faith did not only fly in the midst of the void, but headed direct crash course with a planet. Krauz activated his magnetic boots and held as tight as he could on whatever was in reach, it being the Supervisor-Servitor. The Imperial Soldiers clinged tight on whatever they found. Shin also activated his Mag-Boots and clinged on a rod that was hanging from the ceiling, being tall enough to simply hold onto it while having the feet still on the ground. And then - Nothing. The Deathwatch, the ten Imperial Stormtroopers inclusive Sergeant stood on the surface, finding themselves next to a wreck what they soon identified as their Black Strike Cruiser as the font 'Hammer of Faith' was written on the side of the hull. The last thing each remembered was being on a foreign world called V'lynn in another dimension... Also Macha and Noctis remembered climbing a mountain down. Aldrim, Stevanus and Tsu'had remembering how they answered questions. But the reasons for those things they did not know or where they had been... Yet also there was no memory of crashing down with their Spaceship, or that Krauz was with them. The only thing before that was the Doom of Malan'tai and how Krauz demanded them to go into the Armory. Then they had vanished and made those.... Challenges? Yes they remembered they were challenges but the use and by whom - Nothing. Thain, Tarcain, Shin, Krauz and some of the other Survivors would find themselves awakening soon. Mission #5 - Completed. Mission #6 - Phases Overview: Phase 1 - Briefing Phase 2 - Squad Leader Election Phase 3 - Deployment Phase 4 - Mission Phase 5 - Extraction Phase 6 - Mission Report
OOC: Character Sheets including a wall of text why the V'lynn thing occurred coming soon! Why V'lynn challenge? To be honest I 'abused' it for a few different reasons but I just pour my heart out: I wanted to do something special for the RIP section and this is what I came up with, I did this RP in memory of a very good friend, who was more like a Brother to me - Seriously. He is one of the reasons why I am with my wife now as he back then started the Scelestus Chronicles with her on Crunchyroll (an anime website and app where you can watch Animes, Dramas, buy stuff, etc.). When I was in my 'troublesome' phase with ~16 years I retreated in the online world to avoid my RL probs. So I started to look into online RP, found a Wh40k RP on said website and I enjoyed RPing, so I looked around and found Scelestus Chronicles which looked cool. Joined in, made my first fantasy Characters - Duriel and Ckrius. We pretty much bonded quick (The other players and I) and we got close buddies, kinda like I am now with Colapse and Shady in particular. Well we kept on going for half a year or so and I started to feel more for one of the other roleplayers - my now wife. But she was much older, I was a teen in 10th grade, what does she want with me? I approached the other player who started it with her since he knew her RL and stuff. He told me to go ahead... and eventually I did. Her and me started an Online relationship and it worked well, otherwise I wouldn't be married to her now, eh? Anyway, the friend who in basic kick-started the entire chain of events sadly passed away even before I met him in person. Quite long ago. And he also in basic saved my wife back then before his life was taken as it happened in a car accident, she was also on-board, etc. He was the player of Fatham, which I made Colapse be in charge as I knew he would play him just fine and similar to my friend back then. I owe him much of my todays life as my wife has changed be in so many ways to a better being and I felt to share it with the RP community I have built up here - not alone obviously. For where would we be without Players like Watchman, Cousintp, Shadhunter, Colapse, Ser Alex Tyrer, and everyone else I have not mentioned but are great too. This is my way of thanking you as much as him, to have made you a part of something bigger and something personal. For I am one who believes that online friendship can be as strong as 'real life' friendships. And the only thing I would ask as a friend from all of you is: Never forget that man who brought me here in some weird way through the fabrics of destiny, but also all of you together. I know many of you have become great friends, once again especially Colapse and Shadhunter. So just do that little favor to me and never forget that one individual: Hideki Fujita - for he was not just a close friend but is also one of my greatest sources of inspiration.

Flaws: 1. Anti-ranged Proficiency aka Lousy shot - because of the great focus on melee part of the combat, Stevanus uses ranged weapons with a skill of an Ork. 2. Anti-Codex Adherent - Stevanus doesn't really value Codex Astartes and its wisdom, he follows it loosely and he is more likely to fall in bad reputation with those who follow it. Chapter Trait / Flaw: Curse of Sanguinius - can gain super-human strength, easily beyond even an Astartes, though he is in constant danger to fall to the Red Thirst or Black Rage Mission#1 Trait/Flaw: Blood Bond - with Nathaniel Lorenzo, is protected to death by his Blood Angel Brother after they swore an oath to eachother. Mission #4 Trait/Flaw: Never Forgotten - Nathaniel Lorenzo has fallen, but he shall be never forgotten. In the blood-tear Stevanus had received upon the moment of death from his Blood-Brother he had marked his skull in the name of the Blood Angel. It will always remain as a constant reminder to everyone, boosting the morale overall around the Chaplain. Mission #5 Trait/Flaw: Quick Problem solver - Ideas for problems seem to come faster to Stevanus than others, being helpful for his established position as Squad Leader Name: Shin Zhu - Player Wandering Jester Class: Assault Chapter: The Ronins (Founding Chapter - White Scars) Equipment: - Power Katana (Name: Razagone, pronounced ra-za-gon-ne) - Power Wakizashi (Name: Osorenai, pronounced o-so-ren-ny-e) - Tanto (Name: Jima. Combat knife sized dagger, made with the same folding steel as the Katana and Wakizashi, but no power field around it) - Mark VII Aquila Power Armor/robed - Repair Cement Traits: Sons of Jaghatai (Chapter Trait): Increase proficiency in assault bike combat, as well as the general controls of an assault bike, such as driving in a snowstorm or chasing someone/something during adverse conditions Master of the Blade: A century of practice and warfare have made Shin Zhu into a master with melee swords. Honoring the Art of War from Edo, the master waits patiently in combat, allowing his opponent to strike and weave as long as possible until the correct time to strike. The way of war teaches that even the strongest opponents can be fell with a single, precise strike, and Zhu have honed this teaching for decades. Arguably one of the best swordsmen in the Known Universe, Zhu can outfight nearly all oppoents with a blade in his hand (This dramatic increased in proficiency only applies with swords: chain, power, primative. It does not apply with other melee weapons but the effects dramatically increase even more when Zhu uses Razagone or Osorenai) Swift as the Tempest Strikes: In melee, while Zhu waits patently for the right opportunity to strike, he does not simply stand there and be hit by his enemies. Most strikes simply misses, and those that don't are deflected by the power blade in his hand. During melee, melee strikes that come at the Ronin have a very high percentage to miss or parried. This only applies to blows that Zhu can see coming. This does not apply to range attacks, although Zhu can close the distance very quickly and strike even faster against range opponents than normal astartes ever could (he doesn't have a jump pack, therefore I'm including this effect). Honorable: The Ronins treats everyone in the Imperium fairly and with respect, even when that feeling is not always mutual. This allows Zhu to have a very positive reputation amongst all forces of the Imperium, but especially with certain factions such as Sons of Guilliman and the Space Wolves (I can explain why if you want, but I won't include it here for space issues) Psychic Resistance: After his face off against the Lord of Change, Zhu had both been experienced enough and also discipline enough afterwards to build his psychic resistance against all psyker attacks. Zhu gains an additional resistance against psychic attacks and illusions, and has a bonus on penetrating through psychic tricks and mind bends both by those of the warp and of the Imperium. Flaws: Easy to trust, easy to deceive: Self explanatory, but only applies to Imperium forces. Death before Dishonor: Zhu cannot refuse a challenge to a dual by an enemy, at any point in time. Even if it is tremendously disadvantageous or compromising to the mission, he has to accept the challenge and fight the said challenger at that moment in time. Way of the Blade: The teachings of the warrior prevents Zhu from using anything outside of melee weapons. The Ronin will not wield any range weapons from the simple las pistol to a plasma cannon. He also will not fire any mounted weapons on vehicles either or use combat shield/storm shields in combat at any time, considering them dishonorable and below the ways of a proper warrior. Mission #2 Trait/Flaw: Super Sprint - The Ronin is able to move extremely quick from one position to another, though only if he splits from the rest of the team Mission #3 Trait/Flaw: Tyrant Slayer - having slain a Hive Tyrant alone in a duel he has quite gain reputation among the Imperium and the Ordo Xenos, having been chosen for the Trials of a Deathwatch Keeper for that amazing deed. Mission #4 Trait/Flaw: Deathwatch Keeper - Shin Zhu had left the Kill-Team Lightbringer temporarily to perform the trials to become a Keeper. Yet his duty on the field was not done. Before guarding the most precious artifacts and sectors in a Deathwatch Fortress he would aim to retrieve some to add to the collection of the Deathwatch. Misison #5 Trait/Flaw: Daemonslayer - Shin Zhu had slain in his past the Greater Daemon of Tzeentch - The Lord of Change. But now he has slain even more Daemons as if it is his fate. More talented than most of his brothers in the Deathwatch, Shin can easily identify and counter Daemons - though which long-term effects may it have on him?

Imperial Citizens in need of help cannot be ignored, flame-based weapons are more efficient Mission #2 Trait/Flaw: Weak to Psy Powers - Tsu'had is more vulnerable to Warp sorcery than the average Astartes. Mission #3 Trait/Flaw: Proficient with the Flail - Tsu'had starts to adapt to his new weapon and becomes quite good with the Flail and Shield, better than any average fighter and he already became better with it than with any other melee weapon.
